A month later.. everything was fine and happy between eric and hyesung and the members in general... New Album..preps for a concert...

Hyesung and Eric decided to move together and since they can't decide which apartment to move into..eric's or hyesung's they decided to move to another apartment that was bigger and quieter for hyesun...

Soon they found themselves preparing for Hyesun's first birthday...

"jinnie have you secured the venue?" hyesung asked the maknae

"yes sir.. thank heavens a ballroom at the lotte city hotel is available..." the baby bird answered with his thumb up

"minwoo..dongwanie..how about entertainment and decorations?"

"done and done hyesungie..." minwoo answered for him and his boyfriend

"andy..food?"

"menu is ready..both for adults and children.. the cake is good to go.." andy said

"awesome!!!" hyesung cheered excitedly "let's make this a memorable one for our baby"

"komawo hyesung ah..." eric said as he pecked his lover's lips... "and also thank you you guys..."

"what are brother's for hyung" the maknae said patting his friend's shoulder

they had a grand party for the little girl...a lot of people were invited including ji hye's family..

"are they really together?" ji hye's father asked ji hye's brother..

"yeah.. they were together before hyung met noona.. and they just got back recently..." the brother answered

"i am ok if if my grand daughter will have another mom since ji hye passed away.. but i am not comfortable that eric is raising hyesun with another man.." ji hye said disapprovingly while looking at hyesung who was carrying the little girl...

"aboji..hyesung hyung is taking care of hyesun well.. he was the one who threw this party for her.." the young jung defended.. he actually didn't mind as long as his niece is growing healthy and happy

"your father is right...jae hyo ya... it is not right in the first place for two men to be together.. i also don't want hyesun to live in that kind of situation..she will just suffer when she grows up" Mrs. Jung said

"aboji..eomonie..hyesung hyung is the person noona has entrusted her family to..."

the family stopped their discussion when eric came holding hyesun

"are you guys having fun? hyesun is.. she's been giggling non stop" eric smiled at them

"neh hyung.. awesome party by the way" jae hyo smiled.. Mr. and Mrs Jung only looked at him...

when the party was over and everyone was packing up and leaving.. Mr. and Mrs Jung approached eric who was busy packing up hyesun's bag

"eric ah..." Mrs. Jung called "can we talk to you for a bit?"

"neh eomonie.. what can i help you with?" eric asked as they sat down on one of the tables

"i'll be honest with you eric.. i don't like hyesun to grow up around a relationship you are in" Mr. Jung said frankly

"what do you mean aboji?"

"you and hyesung ssi...it's not normal..and i don't like hyesun to suffer in the future because her father is in a relationship with another man"

"we are people too sir.. and hyesung ah has been really great with hyesun... we may not be a conventional family but i assure you hyesun will grow up with all the things she needs including a family that will giver all the love we can give.." eric said.. he was irritated at how ji hye's parents are about him and hyesung

"eric.. please consider it.. we just want what's best for our grandchild..if not.. we might have to do something about it" Mrs. jung said softly

before eric could ask more.. hyesung came with hyesun sleeping in his arms "we're ready to go eric ah..." he said to his lover and he also bowed to ji hye's parents

"please just understand us.." eric bowed and left with his lover and daughter

"i am not going to tolerate this.." Mr. Jung said angrily

"aboji ..please just let them be..." jae hyo begged

"no..if he is going to live his life that way..i will just take my grandchild away from him..."

when hyesung and eric got home.. the younger one noticed that his lover was awfully quiet since they left the party venue after talking to ji hye's parents...

"are you ok?" hyesung asked as they put the little girl in her crib and turn on the baby monitor

"huh? yeah i'm ok.." eric answered

"you've been quiet since you had a talk with Mr. and Mrs. Jung.. did something happen?"

"no.. nothing happened..i'm just tired.. common let's go to bed.. hyesun will be up in a few hours for her milk..we should at least sleep till then...

knock knock....

"Mr. mun? there's someone here to meet you..." eric's secretary said

"who?"

"an Attorney Kim?"

"Atty. Kim? ok let him in..."

A guy who was probably in his mid 40s came in wearing a suit...

"Good morning Mr. Mun.. i'm Attorney Kim and i am the legal counsel for Mr. and Mrs. Jung's family" the guy reached his hound out for a shake

"goodmornig.. what i can i help you with?" eric asked shaking the guy's hand too

"well my clients want to take you to court to have Mun Hyesun's legal custody be given to the late Jung Ji Hye's parents..."

"what?!" eric can't help but yell "what gives them the right to do that? i am her father"

"Mr. Mun.. the family thinks that it is the child's best interest to grow up in a more normal family settting than what you have now...if you know what i mean" the guy said emphasizing on the word normal

"what do you mean? my daughter is living a good life with people who love her"

"I'm sorry Mr. Mun.. i was just here to give you these official papers and inform you of the legal case that we will be filing...we will see you in court..." the guy bowed and left.. leaving eric angry and confused

minwoo caught wind that a legal counsel came to visit eric and thought something was wrong with the company so he went to check on his CO-CEO

"eric.. i heard an attorney came..anything wrong?"

"this is what's wrong.." eric gave minwoo the papers

"what's this?"

"ji hye's parents wants full custody of hyesun because i am in a relationship with another man" eric said thorugh his gritted teeth

"this is ridiculous.." minwoo said "i'll call Atty. Park and have him look this up..."

"thanks minwoo....i didn't expect that from them...it's not like i am neglecting my own daughter"

"this is not fair..." junjin said

the members are gathered at ricsung's home together with their lawyer..

"i'm sorry Mr. Mun.. with the state of conservativeness of most people here in korea.. there is a chance that they might win this.. they will try to prove that hyesun will not properly grow up in a set up up where she has two dads instead of a normal family where there is a mom and a dad...something that Mr. and Mrs. Jung can give" the atty. said

"hyesung hyung has been mroe than a mother to hyesun ah..plus the child is growing up well.. they are giving her all the things she needs" dongwan said

"that's not the point dongwan ssi...they will just try to prove that same relationship is not healthy for a child to grow up in"

junjin saw hyesung bring the little one to her bedroom but he also didn't miss the tear that flowed from his eye... he walked over to the baby's room to check on his hyung..

"are you alright?" junjin asked

"it's me again...eric is going to loose his child because of me.. why am i always the cause of his unhappiness?" hyesung said laying the sleeping child on her crib

"hyung.." he hugged the older one

"before his chances of having a family.. a child was not happening because of me..so i let him go.. now he might loose hyesun.. because of me again..does this mean i have to let him go..again?" hyesung sobbed

eric was listening to the conversation..he can't lose hyesung again..but he can't also lose his child..he doesn't want to lose any of them...

he walked into the room.. hyesung quickly wiped his tears...

the older one hugged him..."i'm not goona let it happen.. i am not losing her and i am not losing you..."
