after kangta's proposal and hyesung's acceptance.. eric was noticeably quieter...

he would let minwoo do the talking most of the time and only nods or shakes his head...

he is usually just staring out the window..or on a wall..or on the ceiling...

he barely sleeps that's why his dark circles were noticeable...

he even lost some weight...

he wasn't the birght, prank master eric anymore...

he was just eric.. sad and broken...

hyesung was hurting too..but he must endure...

in his head, he was doign the right thing for eric although he already heard countless times from junjin that he was only hurting eric, himself and he will be hurting kangta...

"kwenchana?" kangta asked as he back hugged hyesung who was looking out the window..

"n..ne....i'm ok..." hyesung lied

"hyesung ah...i do not know exactly what is your reason why you accepted me.. i saw it in your eyes, you still love him..."

hyesung was shocked at kangta's statement.. he turned around so he can face him... he looked into his eyes apologetically because in kangta's eyes, he can see hurt...but he can also see love.. "kangta i..."

"whatever is your reason hyesung ah...i'm ok with it...i am just thankful you gave me a chance...do not force yourself to feel the same way now...you may not love me now...but i promise..i will make you learn to love me..."

hyesung could only cry... he hugged kangta "mianhae...komapta..."

"kwenchana?" minwoo asked his friend as he sat in his office..

eric barely gives him a nod...

"eric ah...please take care of yoruself...you cannot be like this..." the younger one said in a worried tone..

"what's the use minwoo ya? hyesung..he..." and eric's tears unconsciously flows...

he covers his eyes with his hand...

minwoo stood up and went to his friend's side and pats his shoulder...

"eric ah...you have to move on..you have to help yourself move on..it doesn't mean that if you and hyesung broke up and he found someone else..you should also waste your life away..."

"it's my fault..i should have been a better boyfriend when we are together..i drove him away in the first place..."

"eric ah.. sometimes things happen..and sometimes we don't like the outcome..but they happen for a reason... "

eric was walking aimlessly on the streets of seoul.. his shrunken face..his thin frame.. almost no one can recognize...

eric wasn't feeling well that day... he was dizzy... he was hungry but he didn't care..

he wished he could just end his life...

suddenly peace surrounds him... he collapses on the ground...

before he fully fainted.. he saw someone..a face... an angel's face...

then it turned black...

opening his eyes, he notcied the colors of the wall..sky blue... he looked around some more.. there were pictures.. but none of whom he rocgnized..

"you're awake eric ssi?" a girl came into his view...she was beautiful... she looked like an angel

"oh.. where..where am i?" eric sat up...and looked around

"mianhae, i had to take you home... you fainted infront of my shop downstairs..." the girl explained " don't worry im not one of those crazy fans...i took you in because i didn't want people to gather around you and harm you while you were in that state.."

"thanks..."

"here have some porridge... it's my shop's specialty..it's good for your body too so you can regain somee energy..."

eric silently ate... the girl just watched him... he knew who eric was.. he recognized him when one of her workers yelled that someone fainted infront of their shop

"what's your name?" eric asked after he ate

"oh..i'm jung ji hye..." the girl shyly answered

"kamsahamnida jihye sii...i'm sorry this must have been trouble some..."

"aniyo...it's ok..someone needed to help you.. so i did what i had to do..."

eric stayed for a little bit while, chatting with ji hye.. he somehow felt comfortable even tho they just met... "she is a nice girl..." he thought...

minwoo, dongwan and andy heard the door open and they scrambled to see who was it..

"oh eric hyung.. where have you been? i have been calling you and even your manager didn't know where you went yesterday..." andy said

"oh..i was just somewhere with a friend.." eric smiled "i'm sorry for worrying you"

"you...you're smiling..." minwoo mused.. ever since hyesung and kangta's relationship, eric never smiled like that again.. he would put on a face for broadcast but it was never a real smile

"wae? can't i smile?" eric shrugged.. "i'm going to shower and change then we could all go to practice together"

he put down the lunch box on the table and left

"what is this?" andy said prodding at it..he opened it and found a note

eric ssi...

i hope you will regain your energy

and be happy once again..

the tiny bell signalled someone entering the small porridge shop..

"annyeonghaseyo" the owner greeted with a smile and a bow "oh.. eric ssi..." she smiled brighter

"hi ji hye" eric smiled

"what brought you here?"

"i'm here because i'm craving for your porridge "

somehow eric has began a routine to visit ji hye's shop from once a week..to twice.. to everyday.. he either get's breakfast there or dinner...

sometimes she would ask her out..

they have grown incredibly close..

Ji Hye was like Eric's second angel when his first flew away....

Eric Spotted with unknown female at a restaurant in seoul

Kangta spotted leaving Hyesung's apartment building

"wow.. just ..wow... shinhwa is barely in the news and next thing we know our leader and our lead vocal are all over it" dongwan said as he closed his laptop

"could that unknown female be ji hye?" minwoo wondered out loud

"he's not saying anything to you hyung?" andy asked minwoo

"nope..he's been really mysterious lately..we all notice he's been happier somewhat.. and his body is now back to the way it was...well whoever she is, i'd like to thank her though.." minwoo said

"he finally found her jinnie ah..." hyesung said as he sipped from his tea

he recalled aerlier that week when he and kangta were out, he saw eric in a cafe with a girl...

Eric was smiling... the smile hyesung has not seen ever since his birthday....

"kwenchana?" the younger asked

"yes..im ok...i am praying she will be the one for eric..." hyesung smiled waekly...

it hurts him... but he was the one who wanted it in the first place...

"be happy eric ah..." hyesung touched the angel wing pendant of his necklace

------------------------------flashback-------------------------

the night of his birthday... hyesung sat by his window holding the tiny blue box eric handed him at the party...

he made a deep sigh and open it carefully...

it was a necklace.. with an angel wing pendant...

he looked at it...and when he turned it over.. something caught his eye.. "forever J&P"

tears started to fall.. that night hyesung cried himself to sleep
