Two weeks has left and our papers are ready, Gene and Jidian can come with us to Korea but her mom said that we should get married first here before going to Korea, i agree to what his mom and dad want’s everyone was helping in the wedding preparation, it was a close ceremony just some family and friends and a beach wedding, went to manila to do some shopping, were at the store picking a tux for me and Jidian
“JI look at Jidian? What do you think?” Gene said and looks at my son and of course he was handsome as his dad
“Appa look” he said and yes Jidian learning Korean now
“It’s Perfect, just right for him” I said walking towards them “You look like a mini me” I said
“Yes you do both look the same, since you’re his father” gene said as he walked to us and to the counter to pay for the things we bought of course she used my credit card, I changed Jidian back to his clothes and we walked around the mall, it felt good walking around with my family,
“What is next?” I ask gene
“Hmmm… I think Jidian is hungry already it’s almost lunch” she said
“Ok, we will eat first then look around again, what you want to eat Jidian”
“Spaghetti”
“Italian food it is, let’s go”
We walked inside in a Italian restaurant as the host great us
“Good afternoon, ma’am sir, a table for 3?”
“Yes please” I said
“This way” she said and led us to the table as I pulled the chair for my beautiful wife wearing a beautiful dress
He sit down and I picked Jidian to sit beside his mom and I sit on the opposite side
“The waiter will be on you in a moment” she said
“Thanks” Gene said “This place is good and the ambiance is beautiful”
“I know, a friend suggested this to me so I think this is a perfect time to brought you two here” I said then the waiter came and took our order and left after a few minutes he came back with the food and place it on the table and we began to eat,
“Jidian eat slowly honey” Gene said
“I think his really hungry, slow it up buddy” I said
His face is full off sauce around his mouth me and gene both laughed at him
“Look at you, your messy, some here” gene said as he wiped Jidian face “There all clean”
“It so yummy Eomma” he said
“I know so just eat slowly you might choke”
He we continue eating after that
“Dessert anyone?” I said
“Ice cream!” Jidian said
“I’ll pass” Gene said
“Why?”
“Diet, my gown should fit me or else I might not be able to marry you” he said
“Oh even if you wear a shirt and jean into our wedding day I’ll still going to marry you” I said and chuckled
“I know, but I’ll pass for now” she said
“Ok, Ice cream it is buddy” I said and Jidian jump excitedly on his chair we call the waiter and order some ice cream for the both of us, and the waiter came back with our order and Jidian dig in to ice cream, when suddenly
“Gene?” a voice of a lady
GENE POV
“Gene?” She said and turns my head around and I saw a long lost friend not only my friend but also Miya
“Catherine?” I said
“OMG! It is you!” she said and come to me I stand up and hugged her
“How long has it been?”
“13 long years”
“It’s that long huh? Come join us” I said
“Oh you might want to introduced me to your cute date” she said
“Oh right, this is Ji yong my Husband to be and this is Jidian our son” I said as we sit down
“Hi nice to meet you” Cat said and shake ji yong’s hands
“Nice to meet you too” ji yong said
“So cat speak up we need to catch some things” I said
“Well yeah, apparently you already had a son, wait? Where is Miya? Did you guys still have contact?”
“Yeah we do, we always do, it’s just you who play hide and seek with us, Miya is already married and she is in Palawan with her husband but just for a vacation, she is pregnant”
“Im sorry for that, it’s just Business is so busy”
“So what are you doing right now?”
“Im doing daddy’s business, I was in New York and just got here a week later, and you?”
“Oh were shopping for the wedding” Ji yong said
“Really, when it is?” Cat ask
“Next week, you could come if you want, I mean if you’re not busy” is said
“Of course! I will, I miss you guys already! I wouldn’t missed for the world” she said
“Glad to hear that!”
“Well I need to go, I still have meeting, here call me” she said handing his calling card
“I will, see you next week” I said and he waved goodbye to ji yong and Jidian
After that we continue shopping and have fun and goes back home tired…
