Everything was back to normal. We got busy with our work once again. Our bosses already

gave us the theme of our next edition and our units were told to start working

immediately.

 

Suddenly one day, while working. Jungsoo oppa called me and Siwon to his cabin. He told

that he had something to tell us. Well, our first reaction to it was that he had some

complaint. Scared we entered his cabin.

Shreya POV

 

" I have some news for you two. Well, the board members of both the offices had made a

decision.  And that's for you two. Both of you have shown exceptional example of coorporation.

 

Previously when you both worked for me, you both were the best and this time also you proved

it again.

 

So we have decided that you both are going to have your own show together. A news show

which you both are going to write and anchor together. You will still remain the heads of your

departments, we won't remove you from there, but your work-load will be reduced. So...good

news isn't it?"

 

Both of us stared at each other. We were going to have our own show. That was the best thing

that could happen to us. We were just too happy, although none of us showed any of it in front

of Jungsoo oppa.

 

"When the next month will start. our new show with you two as anchors will start. It will show

the whole day's news and some additional news of the day. So you need to prepare your matter

accordingly. I hope I can trust you guys in this."

 

"Yes sir. You will get the us in our best form. I approve and garauntee that, Sir."  Siwon

answered confidently.

 

"Thank you sir." I bowed and we left the cabin.

 

"Yessss.....Shreya...can you believe this? We are having our own show. Yess...yess...!!"

 

Siwon had to be happy. It was his dream to be a news anchor and to have his show. It was a

dream come true for us, in our journalism careers. And we had to do our best.

 

And it did not end here. Our lives was going to take another major turn. We had one more

good news in waiting.

 

 

I had been sick lately. Work load was a little bit high than the previous time. The deadline to

submit the outline of the next publishing magazine was almost here and the images had not been

still arranged.

 

But my health was not helping at all. I was dizzy most of the time, and had a severe loss of

appatite. Siwon noticed that I was not well.

 

"What's wrong Shreya? You have been taking the medicines that doc had given us for your clot

right?"

 

"Yes..." I answered weakily. I had puked once again.

 

"Then..what's wrong? Tomorrow you are coming with me to the doctor. I have already made an

appointment."

 

"I think I need a little rest Siwon...do we nee...?"

 

"Shh...I am not going to take anymore risks with your condition. Tomorrow you are coming

with me and that's final.

 

I had no choice but to comply to his instructions.

 

Next day, we were in the clinic. Scans and tests had already been done. And we were waiting

for the results to come out. As usual both of us were sitting nervously. Soon the nurse called us.

 

"Congratulations Mrs. Choi, you are pregnant. There has been a remarkalble recovery in your

body. The medicines which I had prescribed have done there work. Your blood clot is almost

gone, as you can see here." He showed us the scans.

 

"It's better that you stop taking your pills now. It might be harmful for your baby. And please

take care of yourself from now on. You seem to be slightly over-worked. Please take care.

Congratulations once again."

 

The doctor handed us the scans and the reports. As soon as I came out of the clinic, I started

crying.

 

"We will have a baby Siwon-ah....our...our own baby....our own baby at last...!!"

 

In the car, I looked at the scans. There in the form of a dot, my little baby was lying. In my

womb, there was a little soul living, my own child. I still look at the scans, it was the best

thing that happened in my life.
