"After rain, comes shine."

 

When I first sent Shreya to the rehab, I was astonished what reports the doctors there showed

me. Shreya was suffering from severe case of depression and was suicidal. She kept on thinking

that she was being a burden in my life. When I used to bring her home, she hardly spke or did

things. She stayed so closed up, silent and always depressed. Even her favorite things didn't give

her joy. Somewhere I was losing hope.

 

Where was the lively, arrogant Shreya I had fallen in love with?

 

Where did the beautiful, happy and optimistic Shreya get lost?

 

 

But soon I saw positive responses from her. In the beginning she never wanted to leave me and

go to the rehab. But then she started to stay much happier than before. She had become livelier

and more positive. At last she was getting involved in her most favorite thing, photography.

 

Everyday, she would introduce me to someone new when she came home. An urse, a doctor,

new neighbours, some food in the canteen, the lovely garden in the rehab, something or the

other.

 

Soon I was going to give her some good news.

 

That day I made another trip to our office. Park Jungsu was sitting there, legs on his table. He

had specifically called me for some work. It had been a long time that I was visiting that place.

 

"Hello Siwon-ah...how have you been?"

 

"I am fine sir."

 

"And how is Shreya doing?"

 

"She too is good."

 

"I have some news for you. I want you to join our company once again. Well, I am having a

very hard time with so many employees here and I want you to join as soon as possible."

 

I could not believe what I just heard. I was being appointed again. After 9 months of struggle

with our life, I was getting my job back.

 

"Ya..I know you are very happy. But we are really missing some good employees and we have

no other writer as good as you."

 

"Thank you boss."

 

"I want you to join tomorrow itself. And since I know you have been stagerring financially, you

will also get your salary tomorrow. Don't refuse it."

 

I could not keep myself calm aymore. I bought some flowers on the way and headed straight to

the rehab.

 

When I entered that place and looked for Shreya, she was sitting and tending to the flowers in

the backyard.

 

"Shreya...Shreya.....Shreya....!!"

 

"What happened Siwon-ah....?? Calm down."

 

"Shreya...I got...I got...my job back. I got my job back. Jungsoo hyung called me himself and

handed me the job."

 

"What...??"

 

"Yes...Shreya....!! Our problems will all end now." I sat down, kneeling I hid me face on her

skirt. I could not  control my tears anymore. I sobbed.

 

"Siwon-ah...stop crying..."

 

"Shreya...." I looked at her, she too had waters in her eyes. They glistened. She was happy and

so was I. We both came closer, our forehead touching, our breaths on each other's faces. We

kissed. The wind blew and the flowers swayed. It seemed as if they understood, that we were

happy too.

 

Good things were happeining now.
