Shin Hye and Jung Shin left for Busan. Shin Hye's parents (biologically Jung Shin's too) were both surprise when they saw Shin Hye and Jung Shin.

Mrs. Park (Jung Eun): Omo! My beautiful kids!

Shin Hye: Umma! (She hugged her) I miss you. How are you now?

Mrs. Park (Jung Eun): I'm feeling much better now Shin Hye. (She looks at Jung Shin) Hello son.

Jung Shin: (He was so happy with how she call him) I'm good Eomeoni.

Shin Hye noticed that her mother was teary-eyed after Jung Shin called her Eomeoni.

Shin Hye: Umma, Gwaenchana?

Mrs. Park (Jung Eun): Shin Hye -ah... (She was interrupted by Mr. Park)

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): Shin Hye!

Shin Hye: Appa! (She run towards him and hug him) Why are you not at the store? I miss you. Where are grandma and grandpa? I miss them too.

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): We're all ok here. Your grandpa and grandma went to your Uncle's house in Ilsan. If they knew that you're coming today I'm sure they will wait for you first. They just left an hour ago. They really miss you.

Shin Hye: Awwww! I should have told you then so I can see them too. 

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): Don't worry I'll let them know that you visit us. Who knows, maybe we will visit you in Seoul instead.

Shin Hye: Really Appa? I will wait for that.

Shin Hye and her father then turn to where Jung Shin and her mother were both sitting. Shin Hye was surprised when she saw both of them hugging and crying.

Shin Hye: Umma… Jung Shin?

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): Shin Hye-ah, I think it's time for you to know the truth.

After they had their lunch, Mr. and Mrs. Park together with Jung Shin told Shin Hye the whole story. Well, only the story that Jung Shin knows too.

They told her about her sickness and how they ended up giving Jung Shin to the Lee Family. Shin Hye was crying not only because she was hidden with the truth. She felt sorry that his brother had to sacrifice for her.

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): We wanted to tell you the truth Shin Hye but we're afraid of your condition. 

Shin Hye: I understand now Appa. I thought it was just a simple sickness. From now on I will take care of myself. I wouldn't want the sacrifice of Jung Shin go to waste. (She looked at Jung Shin)

Jung Shin: (Hug her like how he usually do when she feel down) Shin Hye-ah, don't feel sorry for what happened to me. Appa and Umma had to do that not only for you but also for me. They just want to make sure that we have a good future.

Shin Hye: But you have to be away from us.

Jung Shin: Yes, but only for a few years. After that my adoptive parents returned to Seoul. That's when everything started again.

Shin Hye: When did you found out that we are siblings?

Jung Shin: A week after that incident at the park.

Shin Hye: And?

Jung Shin: After that I became protective and sweet to you right?

Shin Hye: Deh.

Jung Shin: Hyung noticed it and asked me. I told him what happened and said to him that I feel like protecting you. I asked him could it be because I like you.

Jung Shin: I said... I don't know. Appa and Umma came and told me that you are my sister. 

Shin Hye: So, you already know at that time and yet you didn't tell me? How about our parents?

Mrs. Park (Jung Eun): He only told us that he already know the truth two weeks ago.

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): He came here and told us what he knows. Even your grandpa and grandma know the truth too.

Shin Hye: (To Jung Shin) Is that the reason why you are asking me to visit Umma and Appa?

Jung Shin: Deh, because I want to freely call them Umma and Appa.

Shin Hye: (Her tears fall again) I always dream of having a brother like you. And little did I know you are indeed my real brother.

Jung Shin: Correction, your twin brother. And should I say younger by one minute.

Shin Hye: Younger? So, it means I'm the eldest.

Jung Shin: Ani.

Shin Hye: Mwo?!

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): You are the middle child.

Shin Hye: Middle child? I don't understand it Appa?

Jung Shin: Shin Hye-ah, what Appa is trying to say is we are not only twin, we were triplets when we were born.

Mr. Park looked at his wife. There’s one more secret that their children doesn’t know. They have to tell them now.

Mrs. Park (Jung Eun): An older sister Shin Hye?

Jung Shin: Oh! I have another Noona. 

Shin Hye: Where is she Umma?

Mrs. Park (Jung Eun): (Tears were seen in her eyes) She's not here anymore.

Shin Hye: What do you mean she's not here anymore? Is it because of me again?

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): No Shin Hye. (He held Mrs. Park who is now crying) Yeobo. It's not good for your health.

Shin Hye: What happened to her Appa?

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): She had a sudden attack like you also. But the doctor can't do anything about it.

Shin Hye: Even Dr. Bae? Is she the only patient that Dr. Choi said she failed to help survived?

Mr. and Mrs. Park were both surprise when they heard what Shin Hye said. They look at each other and didn't know what to say.

Mr. Park (Shin Yang): Maybe. I'm not sure about that.

Jung Shin's POV: Why did Umma and Appa reacted like that? Are they still hiding something from us?

Shin Hye: I feel happy because all this years I thought I was alone. Who would think that I actually have a younger brother and older sister? It's just sad that I wasn't able to see and play with her.

Jung Shin: Yes. I wonder how it would be like to have another sister other than you. Will she be someone who is more feminine, sweet, and maybe prettier and ier? (He said then looked at Shin Hye)

Shin Hye: Mwo?! (She hit his arm)
