I rushed out of my house like a mad dog.
 
My mother actually left me to go to school on my own!
 
Well,I suggested it but still,she could have woken me up before leaving.
 
I waved my arm crazily and a taxi finally bothered to stop for me.
 
"Ajusshi,TS high school please,fast."
 
"Late for school?"
 
I nodded impatiently,"Nae."
 
"Well I can't drive any faster with the traffic this bad,you should try to explain to your teacher."
 
I sighed,"Aww man,this isn't going to be good."
 
"You can practice with me."
 
"Bwoh?"
 
"Come on,practice explaining to your teacher,take me as him or her."
 
I giggled but played along,"Mianheyo seonsaeng-nim,I rushed here but there was a heavy jam and,I even took a taxi!Mianheyo,I promise to be early,this will be my first but last time."
 
The driver chuckled,"Wow you're not bad,really your first time?"
 
"Nae."
 
"You'll get excused."
 
"Hope so."
 
I looked out the window and saw the traffic light at red.
 
This will take some time.
 
Another taxi stopped beside mine and I curiously looked at the passenger.
 
Is he late for something?Like me?Or just rich enough,or lazy?No driver's licence?
 
He seems familiar.
 
I thought about all the possibilities,not realising that the boy was looking back at me.
 
I blushed,self conscious and bowed awkwardly.
 
The boy raised an eyebrow and pushed his glasses slightly,like he was trying to evaluate me or something.
 
I got annoyed and looked away,folding my arms.
 
I took a little glance at him again and he stuck his tongue out at me.My eyes widened in shock and I frowned at him,sticking my tongue out at him as well.
 
The car moved suddenly and I flew back into my seat, the window in the process.
 
"I'm sorry miss,the traffic is terrible."
 
I straightened myself and dusted my uniform,"Ani kwenchana."
 
I looked at the window and quickly wiped my mark off.
 
The other taxi was long gone,but the boy's face was stuck in my mind.
 
Is that normal on a taxi ride?
