Prisoners
Exotic Yoong 2.0When you’re the leader of a nine-member group and live together for over a year, you just know what mood they are in without them having to tell you. It came with the territory. So when Chanyeol sat at the edge of the couch playing with his phone, Junmyeon knew something was off. Contrary to the happy pill image Chanyeol displayed on stage, the tall man was quiet by nature. But not this quiet. Normally he would chime in whenever Sehun and Baekhyun debated on which movie or drama they should watch next. This time, nada, zero, zilch. They haven’t gotten a single peep out of him.
Junmyeon’s tempted to ask him what’s wrong but he knew the rapper will only say it’s nothing. He also considered asking his best female friend but that would be a mess seeing as how she liked to her personal affairs personal. The leader of EXO sighed, this was also a matter he had to solve quickly. Brooding Chanyeol meant a sad attempt at being a happy pill and nobody wanted that. And he’s been brooding for over a week now. Oh screw it, this was an emergency in his book. So he sent a text to the deer. /Need you to come over, it’s an emergency./
She called back almost immediately and he felt slightly guilty because she’s in between breaks preparing for the king loves. He assured it wasn’t that big of an emergency but she really should come to the dorms when she gets a chance.
Yoona showed up at their dorm step around two in the morning with huge eye bags and Junmyeon felt even more guilty for dragging all the way here. I’ll make it up to her. “This better be good.” She glared at him with a cute pout.
“In there.” He pointed to Chanyeol and Jongin’s shared room. Jongin was out for the night so he didn’t need to worry about privacy.
“Junmyeon,” Yoona said in a threatened tone though she’s already moving towards the room. He should know better than to mess in her business. She stopped short in front of the door. She was tired and wasn’t really in the mood for the silent treatment. Unlike her previous boyfriends, when it came to feelings, Chanyeol preferred to remain silent while she liked to voice her opinions, which pretty much led to her to guess what he was thinking.
“I know, I know.” He held up his hands in defense. Moving past Yoona, he opened the door and softly shoved her inside before closing the door.
The soshi member clumsily stumbled into the room. And swiftly turned around, pulling on the door to open. Only it didn’t open. “Yoona?” The soft calling of her name, reminded her that she wasn’t alone.
Yoona spun around slowly, shooting him a weak smile. “Hi,” the expression on her face softened to one of concern. He looked like he has gotten any sleep in the last week. His cheeks were hollowing out and his eyes looked lifeless.
“What are you doing here?” He perked up from his crouched position by the computer.
“Junmyeon asked me to come over, saying it was an emergency.” As if on cue or just eavesdropping Junmyeon sent a group text to both of them. /Fix whatever it is you guys are fighting about and I’ll let you out./
/Are you holding us prisoners?/ She messaged back.
/Yes. Now settle your problems!/
“I’m sure he won’t be able to handle us if we both pull on the door.” Chanyeol flexed
