[JESSICA POV]

As soon as I burst out of my office, I look around to find the culprit

CHOI SOOYOUNG

She knows I hate cucumbers but why does she always try to mess up with me?

I look to the right side and saw Sooyoung smiling triumphantly

She really enjoys pissing me.

One day I’ll get back at her

I started to walk and approach her with big steps.

But it seems like it’s taking me a long time to come near on her place.

I saw a girl sitting beside her, Sooyoung has her hand on the girl’s wrist and it looks like she’s preventing her to move away.

Sometimes I wonder what Sooyoung really thinks

Is she still in her proper mind to do all of this things just  for one day?

I can’t see clearly the face of the girl sitting beside Sooyoung, because her hair is covering her face and also she keeps on moving her head, like she wants to ignore me or avoid me.

But when she moved her head to the right side, brushing off some hair that is covering her face…

That’s when I saw her face clearly…

She looks familiar…

But I don’t have time to think if I saw her before or not…

Now I’m three steps away from Sooyoung and that mystery girl.

Time seems to go back to normal, I finally reached Sooyoung.

“Sooyoung!” I yelled and stomped my feet, ignoring the girl beside her.

Sooyoung has this big grin on her face; she really is enjoying doing this to me.

She’s one bored giant.

One day I’ll tell my dad to send Sooyoung away, far away from me...or I will give her lots of work so she won’t bother me.

“did you like the sandwich I gave you?” Sooyoung calmly said

This girl really is unbelievable

I took a deep breath and walk a little closer to her

“you know I hate cucumbers” I said, I’m surprise at the tone of my voice

Why do I sound so calm?

Some employees are now starting to surround us and I can feel my father might go out of his office anytime now.

Why do I worry of him going out of his office?

It’s not like he’ll punish me or something…

I continue giving deathly glares at Sooyoung, but she’s just staring at me and still grinning.

“I know” she answered confidently

“why are you annoying me and ruining my day?” I asked

She didn’t answer…

I didn’t move nor talk and just wait for her answer.

I took a glance to the girl beside her, she’s looking down on the floor

Why is she hiding her face?

Then she slowly looks up…and that’s when I feel something got stuck on my throat

The glance I did become a stare.

I know her

She’s the one I bumped yesterday

Is she the new employee?

Why does it have to be her?

That means I’ll be seeing her everyday

My heart, it’s beating abnormally again

She stares back at me and smiles

“tiffany?” I softly said her name and that got me surprise again…this girl every time I saw her

She’s changing me into someone I don’t know

Slowly I can feel heat rising up on my cheeks, am I blushing?

Seeing me, the ice princess blush is not good

I don’t want everyone especially tiffany to see me blush

I have to walk away from here fast

“hi, j-jessica” she said and smile at me awkwardly but before she starts to say something else

I quickly turn my back from Sooyoung and tiffany and started to walk fast to my office and immediately close the door.

“hey sica…” someone said

I still haven’t recovered from the embarrassment I did there outside and now someone is here inside my office.

I turned my back and look at the person who called me.

“yuri?”

[Tiffany POV]

“hi, j-jessica” I said as I smiled awkwardly

But then she quickly turned around walk away

I was suddenly puzzled with jessica’s reaction when she saw me

Earlier she was furious and is ready to kill Sooyoung who is still holding my wrist but then she quickly turned around and didn’t look back

Is she shy?

Or maybe she wants to talk to Sooyoung in private, not with everyone looking at her

But the blush on her cheeks didn’t escape from my eyes

I hope to get to know jessica more

I admit from the first time I saw her, I already like her

But I don’t know if she feels the same way as I do, I guess I’ll just have to keep it

and I still have to know her more

but I have a feeling that she will ignore me

“hahaha!, have you seen jessica’s reaction, tiffany?” sooyoung suddenly laugh breaking me out of my thoughts

I also remember that she’s still holding my wrist

“Sooyoung can you let go of my wrist now?” I asked her as I try freeing my wrist from her

“oh, sorry fany..” she let go of my wrist and stood up from the chair

“what’s wrong with jessica’s reaction? I think its normal for her to react like that because the sandwich you gave her has a cucumber inside and she said that you know she hates cucumbers” I said as I look up at Sooyoung, she already sops from laughing but now she’s giggling.

I furrowed my eyebrows and gave her a questioning look

“yes, I know she hates cucumbers, but its not that reaction I’m talking about…” she said with her arms crossed

“huh?”

“oh, you’ll know what I’m talking about someday fany…for now I have to go back to my place and start working “ then she turns her back and leaves me still puzzled on what she’s trying to say.

I’ll know what she’s talking about someday?

Hmmm, maybe

I fixed my chair and face my desk again, ms. Lee already gave me earlier some paper works that I have to type and some to read.

Shrugging off everything that happened earlier, now it’s time for me to start working before I get fired.

But I can’t help to think again about jessica’s reaction earlier, her blush is priceless and she looks cute

Just like when I saw her on my dream

I think, I’ll have a good time working here

“yuri?” I said, she’s sitting comfortably on my chair.

I start to walk and approach her

“what are you doing here?” I asked as I fix grab the drink Sooyoung gave me earlier

I suddenly felt thirsty because of everything that happened earlier

“can’t I visit my friend?” she said while smiling at me

“oh, last time I check your not anymore on friends list” I said after I put down the can of soda on my desk

“can you get out of my chair?”

Yuri was my friend no best friend before, but then she left me without even saying good-bye, she didn’t even leave any number or address so I can contact her.

That got me mad at her before, but now I already forgot about it, because I know she’ll comeback

Right now I just want to act cold to her because I missed her

She stood up from my chair and walks to my side

“so that’s how you welcome me?” she said while pouting

I look at her, fighting back the laughter…

I need to act serious

“what kind of welcoming do you want from me?” I asked as I stared at her

“you know sica, you can’t fool me…I know you missed me so much and that you want to hug me right now” she said

“if you know that, then why do you still have to ask me?” I said as I smile at her, then she gives me a hug

“I missed you sica!, I’m sorry if I left without saying good-bye, my father wants me to go somewhere and he didn’t give me a chance to go to your house and say good-bye, everything happened so fast back them” she explained

I patted her back and let go of the hug

“you know I was really mad at you when you suddenly left, if it’s not because of your mother who visited me at our house before and explained to me the reason why you left, maybe I’m still mad at you right now…” I said as I look straight to her eyes and then give her a hug again.

“sica, I have to go now…let’s hang-out later okay?” she let go of the hug and starts to walk to the door

“okay yul just call me later…bye!” I said and wave my hand, she already left my office

I sit on my chair and start working again.

A smile slowly creeps on my face

My best friend is back and I’ll be seeing tiffany everyday
