Chapter 8
Snowdrop~*~Chapter 8~*~

After the café-incident Luhan and Minseok went to Luhan’s house. Luhan had been taking polaroid-photos with Sehun for the past few weeks and he saved all pictures in a shoe-box.
Luhan was sure that he would give the doubting Minseok proof that Sehun was real.
Luhan walked into his room and grabbed the shoe-box full of pictures and walked out to the kitchen were Minseok was sitting together with Luhan’s mother, eating chocolate chip cookies and drinking milk.
“Look here” Luhan said and turned the box up-side down and let all pictures fall out of the box. Minseok and Luhan’s mother picked up a photo each.
“Isn’t he pretty?” Luhan asked.
Minseok exchanged a suspicious look with Luhan’s mother, to see if she had seen the same thing as himself.
“Luhan…” Minseok took a deep breath. “There’s only you in the picture”

Yixing entered his own apartment and was greeted by Kris who was standing in the hall, waiting for him. Kris studied Yixing from top to toe.
“Where have you been?” Kris asked with an angry tone.
Yixing shrugged, it didn’t matter anymore. What Kris said and did didn’t have any meaning any longer. Kris didn’t love Yixing so he didn’t have to act like he did either.
“I tried to call you one million times” Kris scolded Yixing and followed the one year younger, dark-haired male to the kitchen.
“No, it was twenty-eight times you called me. I counted.” Yixing said. It was true; Yixing and Luhan had been counting how many times Kris called him before Yixing went home.
“Whatever” Kris rolled his eyes. “Tell me where you have been!”
Yixing changed his direction but didn’t get far since Kris grabbed his wrist.
“Okay, I’ll tell you. But only if you will let me go and promise that you won’t get mad” Yixing said.
Kris slowly began to lose his grip and soon he released Yixing’s wrist.
“I promise I won’t get mad”
Yixing took a deep breath and thought about how he would say this in a good way. He didn’t want to hurt Kris, even though Kris hurt him a lot.
“I went out; I took a couple of drinks and met Luhan. I went to his house”
Yixing noticed how Kris’s body tensed when Yixing mentioned Luhan. Which was just hilarious for him, it showed how little Kris knew about him.
“But! I did not have with him; I would never cheat on anyone.” Yixing said in order to make Kris feel guilty and judging by the look on Kris’s face, Yixing had made success.

Luhan took a sip from his strawberry-smoothie and looked at Jongin.
“Are you sure you don’t want any?” Luhan asked.
Jongin nodded. His hair was lying perfectly on his head, even though the wind was blowing hard.
“I’m fine thanks, can we go home now?” Jongin asked and placed his arms around Luhan’s shoulders.
Why didn’t Luhan feel the same way when Jongin touched him as when Yixing touched him?
It was more feeling flowing through Luhan’s body when Yixing touched him and Luhan didn’t understand why. Isn’t Jongin important to him?
Why didn’t it feel the same?

Yixing decided to go to Luhan after his discussion with Kris. He didn’t know why, he just walked and his heart took him to Luhan’s apartment building. It felt so right to go there and since he already was inside the building he could as well began to walk on the stairs to get to Luhan’s apartment.
A person was walking in front of Yixing with four plastic bags in its hands. Yixing pitied the person since it looked really heavy.
“Do you need any help?” Yixing asked the person.
His voice echoed in the stairwell. The person turned around and Yixing recognized the face as soon as he saw it. It was Luhan’s friend Minseok.
“Well, I think that you and me are going to the same place to maybe you could help me carrying these bags” Minseok said and handed two of the bags to Yixing.
Minseok unlocked the door to Luhan’s door and Yixing stepped inside.
“Luhan is out somewhere, he told me to leave the stuff here and he would unpack it later but I think we can unpack to together” Minseok said and placed his bags on the kitchentable. Minseok began to unpack all the food and other grocery-stuff that was inside there.
“Is all this for Luhan?” Yixing asked.
Minseok nodded. “I always do shopping for Luhan.”
“He told me that you’re taking great care of him” Yixing praised Minseok, who chuckled as he placed the milk into the fridge.
“I have to; Luhan’s parents left him when he was 18. I’m the only one he has left, the only one who he can trust.” Minseok explained.
Yixing’s eyes widened in shock, who would leave an adorable person as Luhan?
Minseok noticed it and assumed that Yixing the truth behind it. He also thought that it was okay for telling Yixing.
“But Luhan is an adult” Yixing said as an attempt to hide his shock.
“But he needs people around him, he can’t be alone” Minseok continued. “You see Luhan is…”
Minseok took a deep breath and thought of a good way to say it without causing any misunderstandings for Yixing.
“Luhan is what?” Yixing asked.
Minseok took a last deep breath. “Luhan is schizophrenic”
