BIOLOGY Pt. 2

“So this is the Trapezius Muscle found at the shoulders?”

“Right muscle, wrong location. Upper back, each side of the neck.”

“So, right here.” I said while shading the drawing that Mr. Hernandez gave us to answer. What’s wrong with this dude? We’re not even Med students. Not that I’m complaining, I know these things. I went to Med School. Twice. Harvard and UCLA. Not to brag or anything.

“Yep.” He said popping the ‘p’

“You’re good at this considering it’s your first day.”

“Serratus.” He said as I shaded the next muscle, “Thanks, I guess. You’re good too.”

“Nah. I’m practically guessing here. Ooh, Intercostal.”  I pointed out when he was the one shading this time.

“No you’re not. You know these things. Your eyes gave you away.”

“Oh really? What are you? A behavior specialist or something?”

“Maybe~”

“HAHA”

“Really’

“Try me.”

He put his pencil down, turned to face me and stared at me. Once again I got caught in his chocolate brown orbs that looked into my soul. I got lost.

“Okay. You’re quite reserved. You hate attention. Hmmm…”

He continues to stare, and I could do this all day. Wait, what? No, torture please end? But he spot on with what he said.

“You’re lonely?”

“No.”

“I’m not done.” Suddenly he leaned in closer

“You miss someone. You haven’t seen that person in a long time.”  That hit the spot. Suddenly a wave of emotions spread over me and it wasn’t helping that the person in front of me looks exactly like that person that I’m missing like hell. I was trying very hard to control my emotions and fighting back my tears.

“Hmm….sister? No…. hmmm. Boyfriend?”

“I don’t want to talk about it.”I wasn’t in the mood anymore, and clearly Kevin was surprised by my sudden mood swing and the change in the tone of my voice. He pulled back and returned to our work.

“Alright, times up.” Mr. Hernandez announced.

[A/N: so most of the chapters will be in YooJin’s POV. Some of you might be confused when I use Kevin or Kris in previous chapters. They’re the same person, which is revealed in the “Kris” chapter. But YooJin is still confused and doubting that Kris and Kevin is the same person so that’s why she continues to call him Kevin]

so i hope you guys enjoyed reading my story. i'm still working on the following chapters to come. i'm still arranging my thoughts on how to continue the story

maybe you have some ideas and it would help me and my next update would take a while because i'm having my review class.
