Chapter 1

“And the winner is Dong Bang Skin Ki!”

Everyone around them started to applaud and the group slowly made their way up to the stage taking the trophy from Mnet. Yunho, the leader smiled widely and looked at Cassiopeia “Thank you Cassiopeia! Without you guys we couldn’t have done this. I love you!”

The crowd cheered, they were proud of Dbsk once again. The group always worked hard and did well. Dbsk never failed to amaze them.

Backstage everyone looked like they were going to shed tears any moment but Yunho paid attention to Jaejoong the most. Since he was the ‘appa’ of the group, he mostly took care of Jaejoong, the ‘umma’. He knew Jaejoong might try to be strong on the outside but inside is a different person.

“Are you ok Jae?” Yunho asked teasing the boy. Jaejoong was like everyone, they try to remain strong but if someone asks if they are ok, that’s when the tears will begin to shed.

“Yunnie, all the hard work is paying off” Jaejoong tried to control his tears as he wrapped his arms over Yunho’s shoulder, and cried a bit on it. He had to be strong, couldn’t cry right now. He didn’t like showing his weak side.

“They are so mushy” Yoochun giggled. The other three were sitting down backstage and couldn’t help but notice the two oldest members acting like an old married couple.

“Seriously” Junsu laughed, “Too bad Jae-hyung isn’t a girl. Or else Yunho and him would make a great couple”

“They are just close friends, I doubt they look at each other as a companion” Changmin’s remark made the other two roll their eyes.

“You guys ready to go home?” Jaejoong asked as he walked over to the three of them.

“Yes” they replied and got up and followed Jaejoong and Yunho to the van. On the way to the van there were many flash photography, it was hard being famous. People were practically everywhere, making it hard to escape this mess.

“Hurry to the van” Yunho called out and put his arm around Jaejoong’s waist pushing him inside the van on accident. Jaejoong couldn’t help but blush at the sudden touch; he always liked Yunho’s touches. Even if they were just bumping into each other, it felt nice. He knew Yunho probably didn’t notice the whole waist holding thing; Yunho was just trying to be professional. Only people that looked into depth like himself would have noticed.

“OMO YUNJAE<3” fans screamed. All the members finally got inside the van and their driver drove away. Inside the van the members were blabbing a lot about random things but Jaejoong couldn’t help but smile at the ‘YunJae’ fan that cheered for them. Some fans actually support gay couples? He thought a lot of people were against it, since they are the same . Wouldn’t it be weird?

“Jaee! Earth to Jae” Yoochun called making Jaejoong snap back to reality.

“Yeah?” Jaejoong said. He knew he must have looked like an idiot back there for daydreaming like that.

“For the fifth time I asked if you are going to cook my favorite food tonight”

“I’m sorry, and yeah I will” Jaejoong gave him a smile.

“Umma’s so nice today, It’s scaring me” Yoochun joked only to receive a playfully hit by Jaejoong.

“I’m always nice!” Jaejoong pouted.

“Right….” Yoochun said.

Jaejoong rolled his eyes and looked out the window daydreaming again.

When the group got back to the house they were all sighing from exhaustion. Jaejoong turned to Yunho and smile, “Yunnie when you are done showering come out to eat alright?~”. It was pretty obvious he cared about Yunho a lot. He did have a crush on Yunho.

“Alright” Yunho smiled back and went into the bathroom.

Right when Yunho left Jaejoong went to the kitchen to cook. Junsu and Changmin were playing games while Yoochun kept on bothering Jaejoong. They were soulmates~! Of course he couldn’t leave Jaejoong alone. He liked to annoy Jaejoong, along with Junsu and Changmin but they were playing games right now. If the 3 teamed up to annoy Jaejoong, no way would they be able to eat dinner.

“Soooo” Yoochun said trying to make a conversation.

“What is it Yoochun? I’m cooking here” Jaejoong said bluntly making Yoochun laugh. Jaejoong’s cold personality was coming back to him.

“How come only Yunho gets a nickname from you and not any of us?” Yoochun stared at Jaejoong trying to see if Jaejoong’s face structure would change.

“I…I don’t know” Jaejoong stuttered trying to look somewhere else, away from the investigating Yoochun. Yoochun scared him sometimes, especially when he was suspicious about something.

“But I know” Yoochun smiled and leaned over to whisper in Jaejoong’s ears, “It’s cause you are crushing on our leader, right umma?”

Hearing Yoochun say that Jaejoong burned himself on the pan on accident, Yoochun’s words startled him. Maybe because they were soulmates, Yoochun could read his mind. Even if he didn’t want Yoochun to know what was going on. “I don’t know what you are talking about Yoochun”

“Then why did you just burn yourself umma?~” Yoochun laughed. Jaejoong never makes silly mistakes like that, even if he was super super clumsy.

“I guess someone isn’t having their favorite food cooked tonight” Jaejoong teased making Yoochun widen his eyes.

“I’m kidding umma, love you!~” Yoochun made a big heart sign with his arm.

“I thought so” Jaejoong smiled.

He wished he could tell the group, maybe they could help him? He’s been crushing on Yunho for so long. He wanted this friendship to move somewhere. He was tired of being stuck in the friend zone.

A/N: I’m not planning to make this close to real life (like awards from different places and stuffs) I’m just making up random events. So yeah this doesn’t follow the Dbsk timeline of course. Just all my imagination~ haha.
