Jongup walked into his basketball class. He was the school's star basketball player; He made the varsity team his sophomore year which was a major achievement. 

He spotted Youngwon, his best friend, who also happened to be Nara's cousin. "Hey man, what's up!" He greeted him.

Youngwon and him did their usual handshake. "What's up with you? How are your classes so far?" He asked Jongup.

Jongup couldn't help but smile. "Guess who's in my second period." 

Youngwon narrowed his eyes and stared at Jongup, "Shut up. Don't tell me it's Nara."

Jongup let out a laugh, "Yessir!"

Youngwon rolled his eyes. "You know I hate when my friends go after my cousin but you, when are you just gonna confess?!"

Youngwon had always wanted Jongup and Nara together mainly because Jongup was like the perfect guy for her. He was extremely nice and caring and he would never hurt anyone.

"It's not that easy. She's probably still all hung up over Minho."

Minho was Nara's ex-boyfriend. She was completely head over heels for him ever since she first met him her sixth grade year. They started talking when she was in seventh grade and he was a freshman. They began dating the summer of her going into high school.

Minho hurt her a lot. He cheated on her and would always be talking to other girls but she stayed with him through it all because she was in love with him and she didn't want to lose him. When she was a sophomore and he was a senior, they broke up. 

Now that he's graduated, it's the perfect time for Jongup to make his move. The thing is, Nara's been talking to a sophomore named Minwoo. 

"Trust me, she's over him. Or at least she's done with him. You better make your move before Minwoo does. I heard they've been talking and yeah, he likes her a lot. Gotta step up your game and talk to her more!"

It was lunch time and Nara was in the line with Ahjong. Suddenly, Ahjong smacked Nara's arm. "Oww! What?" Nara yelled.

She turned around and saw the basketball players coming to stand behind them in line. Jongup was there and she couldn't help but blush a bit. 

"Jongup!" Ahjong yelled, getting his attention.

He smiled and made his way directly in back of them. "Hey." He told her. He looked at Nara and smiled, "Hey Nara."

"Hey Jongup." She replied with a smile.

Ahjong looked back and forth at them and smirked. She made eye contact with Youngwon and winked at him. She was in on the plan of getting the two together.

"So... we have second period together." Jongup said and Nara nodded her head. "You should talk to me in that class." He said.

Nara laughed, "Okay, I will."

They got their lunch and said their goodbyes. Nara began to spazz out once her and Ahjong sat down with the rest of their friends. "Why is he so cute?!" She whined making Ahjong laugh.

Threw in a bunch of guys in this chapter wooo. Haha. Yes, Youngwon from DMTN is her cousin, Minho from SHINee is her ex-boyfriend, and Minwoo from Boyfriend is the guy she's kinda talking to.
