POV CHANGE: MIR

I’m going to be late for my date… not that I really want to go on some date with a model I don’t even know, No I have to go, my dad set it up. The least I can do is show up.”

Mir you’ve been quiet. What about you?”

 “What?”

I hear laughter all around me.  What’s going on? 

“Looks like our maknae has been day dreaming.”

 I hear SungHo say in between his laughter. 

“I’m sorry, what was the question?” 

 The pretty host says,

“forget the question, we all want to know what you were thinking about.”

 Crap, I can’t say I was thinking about my date. My fans would kill me if they knew. I need to make something up, quickly! 

“Uh, I was just thinking about… our… come back song! You guys should look forward to it!” 

I say excitedly. Was it believable enough? The host asks 

“really? What kind of song should we look forward to?” 

crap! I just dug myself into a hole I’m not allowed to talk about it. Rain would kill me. I look at my hyungs for help. 

“It’s an upbeat song. All of our talents are shown well. We have put allot of work into it” 

SungHo says with confidence. Oh, man, I owe SungHo hyung!

"Alright viewers the number one question you voted in was, what is MBLAQ’s ideal type? Starting with SungHo.” 

SungHo hyung takes the mic “I like a girl with allot of confidence.” He passes the mic to G.O hyung 

“I like a girl similar to KARA’s Nicole.” 

He passes the mic to Thunder hyung 

“I like the innocent type.” 

My turn. I take a deep breath. 

“I like a really fun and silly girl.”

 I say with a slight smile. I pass the mic to Joon hyung 

“I like a girl with large eyes.” 

As Joon hyung says that the producers give us hand signals to tell us that we need to wrap it up. Thunder hyung passes the mic back to the host. 

“I really enjoyed our time together, I hope the viewers did as well!” she hands the mic to SungHo hyung 

“thank you for watching, this has been…” we all stand up and yell “MBLAQ” as we bow.

 

 “CUT. Good job everybody!” one of the staff shouts. Our manager rushes us to our van. We all pile in. 

after a few minutes I bring up my date 

“hey guys, my Dad made a date with a model for me after this, so I can’t join you at the dorm until later.” 

The car is filled with silence, then all the members explode in laughter.

 “Wow, I didn’t know CheolYong was doing so well with the ladies!” Joon hyung shouts, which results in more laughter. They continue to tease me until we get to the dorm, they all get out, 

and leave manager hyung and I alone for the short drive to the coffee shop near our dorm.

Once we arrive I hop out of the van and wave to my manager as he heads back our dorm.

 

 I take a deep breath as I walk on the little stone path to the coffee shop. Just as I open the door, I find a half dead looking girl right in the opening of the doorway. Her fist barely skims my face, then she falls on the floor at my feet.
