Time has passed, summer is heating and it will be fall soon.

It’s mid of August, tomorrow is Jiyong’s birthday. Bom is wondering what could be a nice gift for him. She asked Seunghyun for a clue. He said between t-shirt or a hat, that’s the most safe thing to buy.

Jiyong is going home after some ramen party with his friend. He takes on his usual rute, but on his way, he saw someone waving at him near the swings.

“Noona!” he runs happily to her.

“Happy birthday..” Bom handed him a gift bag.

“Thanks..”

“Open it when you’re home. What do you want to eat? I’ll treat you..”

“Ah, yes.. But..”

“Why?”

“I just had ramen with some friends, sorry..”

“Ah.. no, it’s okay, it’s already late, too..”

“Where do you want to go now?” he swings the gift bag.

“I’ll just head home since you’re not interested in dinner..”

“You’re making me feel bad..”

“Now you’re the one who’s making me feel bad. It’s your birthday day and I make you feel bad.”

“Hahaha.. It’s equal now! Hahaha..”

Jiyong is taking Bom to the nearest bus stop. He’s really happy just to walk side by side with Bom.

He suddenly stop.

“Noona..” he’s taking Bom’s hand.

And bring her to his embrace.

“Forget him. I know you’re still not forget about him..”

Bom tried to let go from him, but he tighten his embrace.

“Let go of me..”

“No, it’s my birthday. I can do anything I want on my birthday.”

Jiyong may be younger than her, but she can’t doubt his strenght.

“Just promise me you’ll forget him..”

She gave up. She rest her head on Jiyong’s shoulder. Inhales his perfume.

Aigoo.. This kid is really growing up..

She drinks the milk straight from the box. It’s cold and refreshing.

She keeps thinking about what Jiyong’s said. She can’t lie to her self, she hasn’t forget about Yunho at all. Every step she takes, every day she lived, she always remember him. She wish for one chance to meet him again, to fix everything.

There’s a lot of ‘if only’ on her mind. She can’t help the tears falling down. She miss her father, before everything he is the one who will always comfort her.

“Here’s the change, please wait in your table.. thank you..” said Bom to the customer.

“Hi.. I would like to order an orange juice and chicken sandwich. To go, please..”

The girl handed the money to Bom.

Bom who first didn’t recognize her now remember who she is. She is Sandara, her school mate, the most beautiful girl in her school.

“Yes, still waiting for the semester to get start, too..”

The other waiter handed Dara’s order.

“Thanks. Bom, we should hang out sometimes, I leave nearby..”

“Sure! Please come back again, I’ll give you the employee discount..”

“Keke.. Okay, see you..”

“Is she your friend? So pretty..” said Wooyoung, the one who handed Dara’s order.

“She’s out of your league, mister!”

That night, Bom is out with Kahi and Wooyoung after the shift over. Wooyoung keep saying he will introduce them to his hyungs, so they ended up hanging with them in an italian restaurant.

Bom doesn’t have any desire to get along with some new people, especially boys, since she still have a ‘left over’ feelings towards Yunho.
