Luhan is standing in his living room, stomping his foot like a crazy maniac. 

" Geez... Relax dude! I thought having a roommate will solve your problem?" Jongin says

" i never say that i want a roommate. I just agree to your stupid idea" Luhan says grumpily

" that means you agree. Anyway, i heard that this boy is 19" Jongin tries to change the subject

" yes. He's 19 and going to enter to our school this year, major in Performing Art and his name is Oh Sehun."

" wow man. How could you know all about that?" Jongin asks in surprise

" He went to my coffee shop yesterday and i served him. He's adorably handsome so i went to him and started a conversation." Luhan explains

" Well at least you know him....not to mention he's cute" Jongin teases

" I don't care! Cute or not, adorable or not, handsome or not, no one and i mean NO one can mess up my house!" Luhan yells

" relax bro. It's not like he's going to digging up your house or anything..." Jongin tries to calm his friend down.

" Still, imma make him wanna leave ^^" 

" Xi Luhan  stop thinking about that. And i'm not gonna help you if you try to push him out of the house"

" not saying that i'm gonna push him~ Just make him want to leave in the most gently way~ if possible~" Luhan hums

" whatever =.=" Jongin sighs

the door bell rings. Jongin goes out and opens the door, greet Sehun- Luhan's new roommate

" hey. You're here. So about the apartment...." Jongin says but is cut by Luhan

" Oh Se Hun... How nice we meet again..." Luhan smirks

" Hyung! Are you Jongin's friend?" Sehun asks in surprise

" Yes. That's stupid bastard is my best friend and this is MY apartment" Luhan says, try to emphasis the word "my"

" really? So we're roommate? Oh goody! We're going to have so much fun!" Sehun says with glee, obviously doesn't notice Luhan's expression

on the other hand, Jongin notices how angry Luhan is, pretends to take out his phone and fake a phone call

" SooSoo honey? What? You want to go out tonight? You need my hel...." Jongin couldn't finish his word when his phone actually rings... A call from Luhan. Jongin turns his head slowly to the direction of Luhan, seeing the Chinese boy holding his phone dialling Jongin in front of him, he smiles

" hehehehehe Luhannie..... Sehunnie..... I let you guys stay here and talk..... Gotta go!" Jongin grabs his jacket and shoots out of the room.

"Hyung! You never tell me you are the owner of this apartment" Sehun says

"do i have to? You think staying here is simple? I tell you some basic rules about this place The Hunnie" Luhan says evilly

" r...rules?" 

" first: the payrent is spilt in half as you know. Second : do not touch my stuffs, that includes my tv, my couch, my kitchen, my household, my kitchen stuffs like bow, knifes, forks, ect,...my stuffed animals, especially my stuff deer, and of course, never enter my room or even touch my room's door knob. Third: do not make noise between 3pm-4pm, 10pm-7pm. Fourth: since you're my roomate, you have to do my laundry, wash my dishes, fold my clothes and put them neatly in front of my room. Oh, also you have to clean the apartment too ^^~" Luhan says in a scroll

" Hyung.... That means i can't even stay in this apartment...." Sehun says in fear. Luhan scares him....a lot....

" oh really? Well you can move out if you want. You don't have to stay here. Nice to be you roommate for..." Luhan takes a quick glance on his watch "....10 minutes. Pleasure knowing you ^^~" Luhan smiles

" Who says i'm going to move? I'm going to stay hyung^^ Can you show me to my room?" Sehun says

Luhan's emotions goes from extremely happy to completely down. He points to the room next to the kitchen " there. You can stay there..." 

" thanks hyung.... Uhm.... Can we talk about the rules? It's a bit strict though..."

" sure.... Whatever...." Luhan isn't in the mood for talking right now.... He's planning on making Sehun's life a bit miserable

" i want to use the bathroom, the kitchen and the tv. I promise i won't touch your shampoo or any lotions, i won't touch your kitchen household, but i need the cooker and the stove to make food, i promise i'll clean my mess after cooking. I want to sit on your couch but won't get it dirty. I promise i will clean your apartment, do the laundry and fold your clothes. How's that hyung?" Sehun asks

" Sure.... Whatever.... But just don't ever come in to my room" Luhan warns

" thanks hyung!" Sehun says and picks up his suitcase and bags, heads to his room. Sehun opens his room and his jaws drop.

" Hyung..... What the heck is this?????" Sehun yells

 A/N: so i'm back to school tomorrow but i'll try to update during break time ( or in class... I'm not an obedient student^^~).
