C H A P T E R T W E N T Y S E V E N

The prom ended fast, and the couples had a wonderful time, even Jonghyun who was jealous because of Donghae and Jessica's closeness. They all decided to go home, accompanying the girls. Except for Kibum, who decided to stay in Sooyoung's home, and for Minho and Yuri, for they went to their company.

"Hurry up!" Sooyoung shouted at the poor Kibum who is dead tired because of the prom.

"Yah! Can't you see I'm tired?" Kibum shouted back at her. Sooyoung just look at him apologetically, and opened their door.

She saw the maids running around their house. She smelled something burning.

"Ahjumma! What's that smell?" Sooyoung asked Ahjumma Im.

"The popcorn! Kyumi forgot to set the microwave to 2 minutes only. Instead, she set it for 5 minutes." Ahjumma Im frantically said.

Sooyoung laughed slightly, "I thought it's something," she said, "Oh, and Kibum is here to stay for the night."

Ahjumma Im nodded, "I will prepare the guest room."

Sooyoung then waited for Kibum on the door. She yelled at him, "Yah! Stop being a diva."

Kibum cussed in the air, and Sooyoung punched him on the stomach.

"Aigoo. Kids, stop playing around. Are you hungry?" Ahjumma Im asked them.

Kibum shook his head, while Sooyoung nodded like a child.

"Sooyoung! We just ate before we went home!" Kibum retorted.

"So what?" Sooyoung said nonchantly, "I'm hungry."

Kibum just chuckled at her reply, "Okay. I will eat too."

After they ate, they decided to watch movies. "What movie?" Sooyoung asked.

"I don't want anything horror." Kibum replied cooly, "Let's watch something romantic! Like, 50 First Dates?"

"What?" Sooyoung chuckled, "I never thought you were into romance."

"Yes, I do!" Kibum defended laughingly, "Anyway, let's watch that one, okay?" Sooyoung nodded at his command.

"Wait, did you tell Nicole that you will be staying at our house?" Sooyoung nervously asked.

Kibum choked at bit at his drink, "Yes, of course." He stuttered, "I told her."

Sooyoung nodded in victory. Kibum then looked away from her to the popcorn. He looked guilty.

In fact, Nicole doesn't know about this. 'She will understand.' Kibum thought.

Jonghyun then accompanied Jessica home. The whole trip was silent and awkward, with Jessica's guilt and Jonghyun's sadness.

"Ehem." Jessica coughed.

"Are you sick?" Jonghyun said, sounding worried.

"No. I, you're just... silent." Jessica blurted softly.

"Oh. Sorry." Jonghyun chuckled. And again, awkward silence filled the car.

"So, who's Donghae?" Jonghyun asked, trying to have a good conversation.

"Uh," Jessica started with an awkward laugh, "He's a good friend of mine. I met him two years ago."

"Oh." Jonghyun replied calmly, but inside he's calculating. 'Two years ago, isn't it our break up?' Jonghyun thought.

'I shouldn't have said that!' Jessica yelled at herself, 'He will think Donghae and I are together for the past two years.'

Again, another awkward silence. Neither of them said anything. Jonghyun then decided to play music.

y love, girl the things you do. The song played, making Jessica startled.

'Is he a or what?' Jessica thought.

"Oh, you remember this song?" Jonghyun decided to ask her again.

"Uh, of course." Jessica replied awkwardly.

"That's the first song I ever sang to you. Well, I don't know really." Jonghyun chuckled.

'Oh right. We're together now.' Jessica thought, facepalming herself.

"Maybe you should sing it again for me." Jessica teased.

"No." Jonghyun said, "We should sing it together." Jonghyun happily said.

"What?!" Jessica shouted. Jonghyun looked at her funny face, and laugh.

"Why are you laughing?!" Jessica asked coldly. Jonghyun shook his head. He missed the Ice Princess.

But, behind his laugh, he can't deny the fact that even though they are together again, someone will steal her away. Someone named...

BEEEEP! A car behind them beeped. He then realized that the stoplight had turned green, meaning, they need to go. He was in deep thoughts that time, and he was not paying attention.

Before they knew it, they arrived at Jessica's house. "Thanks for the ride home, Jjong."

"No problem. See you tomorrow?" Jonghyun asked, "Tomorrow?"

"Let's have a date." Jonghyun blurted. Jessica blushed, "There's classes tomorrow."

"So, after class?" Jonghyun rephrased. Jessica nodded, and Jonghyun walked her to their door.

"Thank you, oppa." Jessica said sweetly, making Jonghyun blush.

"Goodnight, sweetie." Jonghyun said, kissing her on the forehead.

"Goodnight, oppa." Jessica said, before going inside their house.

Jessica saw her dad and Donghae sitting in the couch, "What are you doing here?" Jessica asked coldly.

"Isn't this our house also?" Mr. Jung replied back. "This is mine and YoonA's."

"Nice point there, honey. But, we're just visiting." Mr. Jung said nonchantly.

"Why did you send Donghae in the prom?!" Jessica argued with her dad.

"I just want to let you know that your fiance is here already." Mr. Jung replied.

"Don't say that word! He's not my fiance!" Jessica shouted, while Donghae stopped them.

"Mr. Jung, I think Jessica is just surprised." Donghae said, making Jessica look at him weirdly, "Excuse me?"

"And, I think Jonghyun doesn't know why I'm here." Donghae remarked.

"Jonghyun-ssi doesn't know?" Mr. Jung chuckled.

"I think Jessica should tell him that." Donghae said, "right Jessica?"

"I will, but not now." Jessica said coldly. "If you don't, I will tell that guy." Mr. Jung threatened.

Before Jessica could speak, someone entered the house.

"Ahjussi?" YoonA called out, looking confused. "YoonA!" Mr. Jung said, and smiled at her.

"What are you doing here?" YoonA asked, sounding polite.

"Just visiting you, and Jessica." Mr. Jung said. YoonA looked at Donghae, "Donghae-ssi?"

"Annyeong, YoonA-ssi." He smiled at her, and YoonA faked smile at him.

"Well, it's time to leave you two now. Take care always." Mr. Jung said, as he and Donghae walked their way out of the dorm.

"Annyeong!" YoonA waved at them.

Jessica just walked to her room, and didn't manage to talk to YoonA. "Aish. What now?" YoonA asked herself, as she sensed something negative about Mr. Jung and Donghae's appearance.

YoonA walked to her room. She was smiling like an idiot and remembered what Taemin almost did to her.

"Hyung, I can't sleep." Taemin said, as he entered Onew's room. He then heard him snoring. "Wow. He's asleep."

"Aish. Ottoke?" Taemin said to himself, as he walked to the kitchen.

He then smiled at himself, "Taemin-ah." He mimicked YoonA's voice.

He then blushed at the thought of her. But, he then remembered something.

"Taemin, why did you do that?" He yelled at himself as he remembered the moment a while ago.

FLASHBACK

"You really look amazingly beautiful, YoonA." Taemin complimented. YoonA blushed at what he said.

"Thanks." She smiled sweetly at him. They were in the garden, where Jonghyun and Jessica just went to. The two were silent, and the ambiance around them was perfect.

"So, how are you and Sulli?" YoonA then asked. Taemin chuckled, "We are just bestfriends."

"Really?" YoonA teased, "You look good together, actually." YoonA tried to sound happy.

Taemin just chuckled at her comment, "She's not my type, actually."

YoonA looked at him. They had an intense eye to eye contact, and Taemin began leaning forward. Their faces are only centimeters apart, and their lips are going to take action.

Taemin could win her lips, but Yuri and Minho appeared. "Dongsaengs!"

The two looked at them, and blushed. Yuri and Minho just laughed at them, "Continue what you are doing."

YoonA and Taemin then felt awkward, "Let's go inside? It's cold here." YoonA asked.

Taemin then took his coat off, and placed it around YoonA's bare shoulders. "Thanks."

"No problem."

END OF FLASHBACK

Taemin facepalmed his beautiful, blushed face. He can't sleep, because he's always thinking about it.

Minho and Yuri then went to their company, because their parents told them to do so.

"What do they want from us?" Minho said, "I don't know." Yuri replied nonchantly.

They then walked their way to the elevator, and pressed 7.

They arrived at their parents' office. "Annyeong Haseyo."

"Minho, Yuri, we're glad you're here!" Mrs. Kwon said happily.

"What is it this time, umma?" Yuri smiled at her.

"We just want you to know that your mom and I will not be home for one week." Mr. Choi said.

"Waeyo?" Minho asked.

"Business trip. And this time, we're going to talk to your fiance." Mr. Choi replied.

"What?!" Minho yelled in shock, "I don't want to be in an arrange marriage!"

"Cool, my dear boy. It's not sure yet. We're just eyeing for some, actually." Mr. Choi said.

"But, I really don't want. That's all." Minho honestly said. Mr. Choi nodded, "I understand."

"Anyway, take care of Sooyoung first, okay? Feed her always." Mrs. Kwon said, making the two laugh.

"We always feed her, mom." Yuri said, "And she always eats our food."

Their parents laughed at her comment, "Maybe it's time for you to go now. You are tired."

"Neh. Goodbye appa, umma." Minho said, as they exited the office.

"Arrange marriage? Isn't that good for our company?" Yuri said, not sounding unhappy.

"No. Because I have you." Minho said, making Yuri blush. "Cheesy."

"But sweet right?" Minho said, as they entered the elevator.

Minho leaned forward, and kissed her. She kissed him back, and it was a romantic elevator kiss.

But, none of the two noticed that someone saw their sweet smooch.
