The next thing that came into my mind: Run.

I ran, as fast as my legs could carry me.

I ran, like my life depended on it.

I ran, like there's no tomorrow.

I couldn't care how far I had to run.

All I know is that I have to get there.

I had nothing in head but you.

Flashbacks of us ran through my mind.

 

The first time I met you....

The first time you called me "Princess"

How you always blushed.

Our promise; the ring in my clutches.

The day I left...

You and me in school; SooMin was there to lead me away from you isn't it?

Those surpises; it came to me who it was right now.

That masked guy at the dance; why hadn't I realised?

Our last date....

 

It all dawned upon me now.

Why hadn't I realised all these earlier?

Why was I so oblivious to everything?

Even if time passes, feelings change & memories fade... Hearts never forget.

I'm sorry I can't do what I promised. Can't do what you wanted me to.

It's not possible.

Not after everything.

How can I leave now?

Anyone who has a heart wouldn't do so, so what makes you think I would?

What if... You couldn't last for so long?

I can't believe you did all these for me.

I am willing to wait for you like how you waited for me.

I ran and ran and ran...

Not even bothering to look where I was going....

Big mistake.

Suddenly, all I saw were flashes of white light,

honking sounds,

And then, as if God flipped the switch of all the lights in my head,

everything went pitch black.

The last thing I heard was a fuzzy... "A...Are you okay??"

 

 

-Key's POV:-

Even if I make it through, which is unlikely...

I guess I will never see you again.

But, time passes, wounds heal.

Even if scars are left, I guess numbness would come in and it won't hurt as much as before.

I will have all the time in the world.

I'll get over it... Someday.

 

Life can be fulfilling and colourful even though its short.

I guess mine is, because I met you.

Even if I leave now, I leave with no regrets.

 

This is it.

It's time.

I'm going in.

"Bye.... My Princess"

 

 

 

-Narrator's POV:-

3 hours later.....

 

 

-Key's POV:-

*unconscious*

Where am I? Am I in heaven?

No, I should be in hell...

 

"Key..." A voice called out.

It sounded like her.

I can't be, she's must be miles away right now.

 

She appeared, her lips upturned.

"Tiffany" I tried to call out but my voice wouldn't come out.

Slowly, she turned her back against me, and faded away.

I should be glad that she's smiling but it felt so ominous.

Could something have happened?

Just then, what seems like a hole in the ground me in.

I fell deeper and deeper an deeper.

...

 

 

-Narrator's POV:-

"You pabo, wake up!" Jonghyun calls out, depressed.

"Will he be alright?" Taemin asked the doctor.

"It will all depend on him, whether he's strong enough to pull through. It's already a miracle the operation's a success. Let's hope for the best." The doctor replied.

"Do you know what you've caused her? How can you just go like that?" Jonghyun continued.

"Hyung... Please wake up. She needs you." Taemin held his hand and whispered.

He swore he felt his hand flich.

However, it could also be that he imagined it.....
