Took a break from my essay to write the chapter hope you like it!!

“Thank GOD!!!” Kieu screamed as soon as we got off campus. I looked over at her and smiled. We were finally on break and done with our finals now ready to enjoy the Holidays.

“You ready for tomorrow? I am so excited I cant wait to see them perform!!”

“Yah I am too” 

She was taken back by my response. “Why arent you excited like me? Yoseob will be singing to you. front row!” she pointed into the distance as if we were looking at the stage.

“I guess if you see it that way...I want to support him more than anything so I’m not looking for any special treatment tomorrow if anything like that were to happen...which I doubt”

“Why do you say that? didnt you guys clear things up when you last spoke”

I shrugged “It was unclear...first he was mad then he was sorry then went back to being the sweet guy like before but nothing super obvious like wanting to be together again...” I sighed “I dont know...its really confusing”

She scoffed a laugh “Pssh your telling me! he needs to make up his damn mind already!”

I laughed becuase even though her words were direct and a little harsh it was so true. Its a feeling I've had in the back of my head but dont want to express in case of pushing him away. My feelings for him rekindled tenfold. They never lessened in the first place. Being so afraid of him misunderstanding was the worst feeling. Only showing how much I am truly not going to get over him lying to myself is making it worse. I’m looking forward to tomorrow but I’m just going to let him make a move this time.

[Day of Performance]

Yoseob POV

We were in our dressing room getting ready for the performance.

“Do you guys know where the girls will be sitting?” Doojoon asked.

“I gave them tickets in the front but I don’t know if we’ll see them if the cameras are in the way”

I got up from my chair so that Kikwang could get his makeup done. I sat on the couch next to Hyunseung who was smiling at me. 

“Yah I don’t think the cameras will be a problem for Yoseob”

I laughed and shook my head. I was really excited to have her in the audience tonight. I’m going to kill her with my cuteness. The stage for tonight I will be singing just for her.

Your POV

We got to the studio and the lead us all the way to the very front of the stage. There were so many fans supporting Beast tonight. The bleachers were small since it was only a small perfomance stage for recodring but it looked a ocean of people when I looked back it was truly amazing.

“Here” Kieu handed me a B2ST glowstick she had bought at the front. “When they come on stage you have to wave it really high ok!!”

I nodded. I was getting excited yet a little nervous. I havent seen or talked to him since that night so I’m not really sure what to expect if he sees me.

While we waited for the show to start the lights finally dimmed on the stage. The crowd screamed when the boys silhouettes appeared walking onto the dark stage. I immediately spotted Yoseob. I felt butterflies in my stomach. I took this time to admire him from afar enjoying this moment while it lasts. The lights revealing Beast in suits. The beat dropped.

“Yes sir, the lights go on again....Keep on and on and on, on and on and on”

I love this song. The melody was so relaxing and the boys looked so handsome. I tried not to move to much so that I wouldn’t be spotted staring at him from behind the cameras. He looked too good for my eyes to avoid. This time I’ll cheat letting my heart take this moment in while I can. At sat their mesmerized in the song and listened to the symphony of music he calls his voice.

Yoseob POV

Looking into the crowd the lights from stage were too bright for me to spot her. We started to sing. I only focused on performing at the moment hoping to catch a better glance of the audience when I reached the opposite end of the stage. Once we finished the first song we jumped right into the second one 'I Like you Best'. As I moved spots I took that opportunity to search for her. The cameras really did block the front row so I couldnt see anything but when I went to the front to sing my part thats when I saw her. I don’t think she realized I found her looking at me but I’ll take this chance to play with her a little, hoping she listens to the words I speak that reveal my true feelings.

Your POV

I Like You Best is my favortie song from them I could not keep this huge grin hidden from my face. I was singing with them until Yoseob’s part came and I shut up so that I could hear his voice. 

“You gotta know that your the prettiest for me, niga jeil joha nan niga jeil yeppeo yahh!!”

Just then he looked straight at me, pointed then smiled. I was shocked I couldn’t think. I looked around and thought *he’s probably trying to be funny, fan service?...because were only friends...right? AHHH I dont know anymore!!* I put my hands to my face and my cheeks were burning. Gosh why does he have this much of an effect on me.

*Thats it!...im whipped* 

I gave up and tried not to think of it anymore to enjoy the rest of the show. The more I think about it the more my chest feels pain I needed to get rid of for the sake of my breathing.

Yoseob POV

I got her. I laughed inside. I totally caught her by surprise.

We waved goodbye and headed off stage to change out of our clothes. The girls are supposed to stop by to see us after. I cant wait to see her face.

We waited backstage. I stared down the hall waiting for two girls to turn the corner.

“YAAHHH you guys did so good!!” I heard a girl yelling from behind me. It was Kieu. Now I feel stupid for looking the wrong way. 

She came skipping down the hall Layla keeping a fast pace behind her clapping for us.

“I had so much fun!!” Layla smiled so big it almost knocked me out I havent seen her smile like that before.

*Could it be becuase of me hehe!*

Kieu and Layla started to congratulate each of us one by one and as Layla came to approach me my heart started beating fast.

“You did great Yoseob!!” She rubbed my arm.

I looked down at my shoulder.*What was that?* I looked at her and she winked then continued to congratulate everyone else. 

I dont get it. I was sure she saw me look at her.

Your POV

I felt so awkward I didn't know how to act around him. My emotions were all mixed up at once I did the most embarrassing thing ever. 

*Who rubs someone shoulder like that then winks*

“We’re so happy you guys came!!” Doojoon smiled

“We’re really thankful for giving us free tickets to come see you guys it was a really awesome show we should seriously make plans to hang out again” Kieu suggested.

The boys nodded in agreement and then thanked us, except for Yoseob who was looking lifeless in the back. I was a little concerned but I was unsure how to approach him again after embarrassing myself like that.

“It’s getting late and we have to leave home would you like us to call you a cab?”

I shook my head “Oh thats ok my friend is coming to pick us up”

“What friend?” Kikwang being extra curious

“One of her coworkers” Kieu answered 

“A girl?”

she shook her head “Its a guy” they nodded their as if they understood but I noticed Yoseob’s head shoot up when he heard it was a guy. I knew he thought of Ryan. I pulled Kieu aside while the boys talked among themselves.

“why are you telling them about him?”

“Why does it matter?”

“Because Yoseob doesn't like him”

She looked behind me and saw him standing against the wall with a blank stare.

“So what? maybe its a good thing if he’s jealous it will only make him want you more”

“Thats the thing he hasn't said anything to me so I don't know what exactly he’s feeling I just don't want him to get distant because he thinks I like someone else”

She pressed her hands against my face so that I would look at her.

“Don't sweat it, I know he likes you” She walked away to go back to the boys leaving me by myself. I went to secretly glance at Yoseob and saw that he was looking at me. When I caught him staring he didn't look away instead he just smiled at me.

“Ok well the guy taking us home is meeting us at the front entrance so we’ll see you guys some other time” Kieu started to pull me back down the hallway as we waved goodbye.

“How do you know he’s already there?”

She looked at me from the corner of her eye “I don't but I’m seizing the opportunity of yoseob being jealous so that it will spark some fire into getting you back”

*WOW I never thought of it that way* “You sure it will work?”

She smiled “Trust me I'm helping you”

I hope so. 

Doojoon’s POV

Yoseob was quiet the whole ride home just staring out the window.

“Yoseobie why aren't you talking? are you alright?”

He nodded then gave me a half smile. I knew he had something on his mind.

We got to the dorm and Yoseob was the first to get inside, walking straight to his room, closing the door behind him then locking it. We all just looked at each other.

“Hyung is he ok?” Dongwoon looked concerned and so was I.

I shrugged. “I’ll go see”

I went to his room and knocked on the door

“Who is it?” I could hear a muffled voice. Probably talking through his pillow.

“Its me open up!”

Yoseob’s POV

“It’s me open up!”

*sigh* I slid out of my bed and opened the door then crawled back under my covers lying on my stomach. I faced away from the door feeling Doojoon's weight shift onto the other side of my bed. 

“So what’s on your mind?”

“nothing...”

“Mmmm you sure?”

“Yah just leave me alone” I felt him straighten up, positioning his back onto the headboard.

“You know Yoseob there’s no use holding it in its not good for you...we’re all here for you if you need us you just gotta let us in so we can help you..” He patted me on the head and got up to leave.

“I don’t want to be her friend anymore....”

He sat back down and I turned my head to face him.

“What do you mean?”

“...I don’t want to be “just friends” with Layla...I want to be more than that..”

“Then why don’t you do something about it?”

“I don’t think she wants me anymore....not in that way....not after what I already told her”

He looked confused “What did you tell her?”

“That I wanted to be just friends”

“BYOH! WHY DID YOU TELL HER THAT?!”

*god this guy is not getting it*

“Because I wanted to protect her”

“From what?”

“....getting hurt again...I thought it would be best to change our relationship so she wouldn’t be in danger”

“Is that what she wanted?”

I shook my head “She said she didn’t care but I didn’t want to take that chance”

He shook his head “Yosoeb it looks to me the only thing that would hurt her is you...she’s a grown woman who can handle herself look how fast she recovered from the attack she wasn’t going to let what happened to her stop her feelings for you...you decided this own your own without talking to her about it only hurting her in the end and ruining the chance of being with her babo!!”

I just stared at him, taking in the reality of his words understanding how right he was and how dumb I was for torturing myself for something she fought so hard for...just to be with me.

“I have an idea!!...Kieu asked to hang out with us again, maybe it can help you guys out....how about we go out tomorrow night to the club we’ll invite the girls we’ll say we’re celebrating our comeback”

“Don't we have a schedule?”

He shrugged “If we do we’ll try and finish early so we have time for the night”

I scruched my face “who knows if she’ll even want to go with me there”

“YAH SHE WILL!!” Junhyung screamed from the other side of the door.

“Ya your cute Yoseob she cant say no!” Hyunseung added, Kikwang and Dongwoon cheering after.

Doojoon just stared at the door “Why dont you guys just come inside?!”

I was silent for a second then Junhyung busted through the door, everyone piling in after getting onto my bed.

“Yah you’ve been making it real depressing around here I want the hyper Yoseob back!”Junhyung jumped on top of me and started to mess with my hair.

“Hey stop!!”

They all climbed on top of me suffocating me at the bottom.

I wined “Yah! I cant breathe and its hot!!” but they didn't listen. Doojoon came to my face and started to pinch my cheeks.

“You need to be punished for being so gloomy!” Everyone started to laugh each taking a turn to poke and tickle me. I hated being abused like this but I couldn’t stop myself from laughing with them.

side note: this is irrelevant to the story does anyone know about star golden bell and what episode it is where Yoseob and Dongho(U-Kiss) have a cute image battle? I dying to see it lol if you know comment plz Kamsahamnida!!^^
