I wonder what he's up to know, aisshhh~~~, my mind wandered on why my leeteuk has not communicated with me the whole morning.

I don't know why but somehow my body suddenly felt that urge to get up and leave the comforts of my sheets and snuggly pillows. I stood up and found myself standing right in front of my lime green closet. Waeyo? does it have something to do with this day?

oh it's midweek already.

I shifted my head towards the direction of the wall calendar hanging loosely at the back of my door.

omona, it's the 24th. I know its weird but for some reason I remember Al mentioned something about an event or,.... anyhow it doesn't matter, i'll call her instead. 

'yah, Al mian to be your alarm clock this early but I have something in my mind that's been bothering me the moment my shut open this morning...'

'yah, I know, obviously, do I have a CHOIce?....' Al muttered in her bedroom voice, '...go ahead, shoot.'

'oh cheosonghamnida chingu-ya..but what was it again that you told me that's gonna happen today?'

With that question, Al snapped back to her sleep mode senses and immediately sat upright from her bed, she gazed around and stared hard at the desktop calendar on top of her bedside table. 

'omona! it's the 24th!' 

"yeah but what's with this date? can you please orient me juseyo?!"

Meanwhile, 9am at SuJu's Dorm:

"hyung why are you dressed up? going on a date this early?" the evil maknae asked in a mischevious tone.

"yah kyuhyun-ah what do you care? let's give Teukkie-hyung all the support he needs," Donghae butted in with both his hands placed on his head whilst seated comfortably at the leather white couch.

"hahahaha..you guys are so cute! I have a guesting at a radio show.." he explained gleefully, "...and oh, you guys should listen intently, I have a surprise announcement to make...KKKK." he finished with a really big grin and bid farewell to the boys..

"really?! omona! Bae wants to see me?" I literally shrieked, causing Al to yell back from the other line.

"ohhhh..ohh..mianhe Al, alright I know this meeting with Bae got postponed alot of times already but...if I agree this time will you come with me?"

"aigooo..I can't promise you anything but I"ll try my best arasseo? does Teuk have an idea about this already?

"ah..that...I'll take care of it, don't worry bout him, he'll understand..." I spoke in a doubtful tone. cos at the back of my mind, i was so damn afraid to inform Leeteuk about this.

Al and I ended our conversation and the moment we hung up my mind went blank.

So, this is it. Reality bites. I had no choice but to face my so-called nightmare.

an hour already had passed at work when a text message just got in..from an anonymous number...

"where are you? i'm outside your office.."

By the looks of it, the text came from none other than, Bae. I checked my watch. Seriously? 10am? aisssh jeongmalll...

Eotteoke?! I looked around and saw that the boss is not yet around so, replied without hesitations and said: "alright Bae, i'll be down in a few."

a blank expression came into Bae's face after reading my reply, he then sat down at an empty couch in the lobby while staring at the elevator doors across.

ding! 

To be honest, I didn't know what to feel this very moment. I didn't know what to expect, it's like meeting an ex-boyfriend again and wanting the urge to punch him straight in his face and all, but no... I have already moved on...Those painful years had gone the day I met my Leeteuk. 

"yah!" A voice was heard from one of the couches at the lobby as I stepped out from the elevator. My delusional brain clicked the moment I saw a guy wearing that familiar denim jacket with a small number 18 embroidered at its right pocket. I then lifted my head to check on who that was...

"yah! ____" he poked my cheek as my mind went in a total shut off from reality. 

memories of the past slowly eased in and out from left to right as if watching a AVP, abruptly reminded me of the times I had with him.

"yeah..I know..you gave this to me right?" Bae said as he held my hand. 

"uhhh..oh.yeah!" I snapped back as I felt his hand touched mine, aigooo...just in time I saw my right palm was placed at the embroidered number, for whatever reason, I don't know why....

"mianhe..mianhe...I...i didn't mean to..." I was speechless. 

"oh, it's alright, I didn't expect it too...but you still remember this?!" he said pointing at the number in his jacket.

I nodded in response, still no words came from my mouth. "You did this, you gave this to me..." he smiled enthusiastically.

What the hell is wrong with me? why am I suddenly chickening out, c'mon _____, fight!!!! I talked to myself and straightened up, stared hardly at him and said,

"I KNOW."  I chickened out again, though I had many things in mind  that I wanted to smack right straight in his face.

"see! you still remembered! eeeyyyyy~~~~ nothings changed, after that...umm.." 

"that what?! you know what? you didn't have to do any of these, catching up with Al and all, you really didn't have to..." there, he started it, now's my time to end things up.

"woaaahh.." he shaked his head, trying to maintain his calm stature.

"look Bae, I know things didn't end up well and I know your guilt hasn't set you free that's why you wanted to see me since the hiatus thing you did, but let me get things straight, I don't want to see you again, ever...arasseo?! I have already forgiven you along time ago, I'm happy and contented now that I have found me a man who loves me unconditionally." I became literally drawn aback with all the words that came straight from my mouth and boy, was I proud of myself. I didn't know that courage within me backed me up.

After hearing those words, Bae's face went blank. It was obvious, his then happy composure all turned 360 degrees below and from my point of view every word I said got marked in his head. 

SILENCE.

"uh..uh..uh-um, woah..you got me there." he muttered under his breathe, still in awe on what just whipped in front of him.

"I know," I spoke in a much determined tone to clear things up, "and..oh, I do have a request, after this, please stop bothering me, Al, our friends and specially Leeteuk, he doesn't know about this but i'll tell him eventually." 

Bae looked up, his face now point blank from the situation,fixed his composure, placed both hands inside his jean pockets and said "well, seems you had said your piece now, don't worry I understood every single bit of it, I just didn't expect something like this could possibly happen..."

"oh..yeah.." I sneered and was about to continue when a familiar giggle was heard from a radio coming from the reception area of the lobby.

Both Bae and i froze upon hearing teuk sing, i was dumbfounded the minute i heard his voice. Omona what is this i'm feeling right now?! 

"uh..ehem..." Bae tapped his shoe which got my attention. "well.."

"ssshhh...." I shusshed him so that I could hear what they're talking about...

though I somehow felt sorry for the man in my past is standing right beside me while the man in my present is confessing his love for me on national radio.

tears couldn't help but form in my eyes and the moment Bae saw it, without hesitations, got his handkerchief from his jeans pocket and handed it to me. A part of him still has his gentleman-ly manners, I thought to myself. 

"gomawo.." I said and looked down, my mind still submerged on what just happened after hearing that public declaration of my Leeteuk.

"I know, I understand, and after hearing all these, I give up..." a pokerfaced Bae spoke, I slowly turned my gaze at him, indeed he really looked defeated. I pity him but I don't feel sorry for everything. He had his chance before and didn't do anything about it. 

"uh..yeah...please just leave. I believe we have nothing to talk about, and you heard it everything already, straight from Leeteuk himself..." 

Bae nodded, a sign of acceptance on what I said.

"Alright then, I don't want to prolong things, thank you for everything, chukahae in advance for you and Leeteuk...Goodbye ___you___.." with that Bae placed an arm around me, gave a slight squeeze on my shoulder, turned around and walked away.
