Chapter 49: Does she live or not?

<>POV: KRIS<>

We entered the hospital, rushing Joon Mi to the emergency room. As she was rushed in, I wanted to go in with her but I was stopped by a nurse. "Sure, you can't come in." "She's my girlfriend, I can't get let her be alone!" I tried again, but Bora stopped me. "Kris, calm down. She'll be fine. Let the nurse to her job." I sighed and gave up.

'Baby, please be okay. Please.' I thought as I rocked back and forth in my seat. 

<>POV: BORA<>

I sighed, watching Kris rocking back and forth. Tears slipped out of my eyes as I watched. I heard foot steps running towards us. I turned my head and saw our parents coming towards us. "How is she?" Appa asked. I shook my head as umma began to cry.

"My baby..." Umma muttered, touching the glass door of the emergency room. "What exactly happened, Bora? Doo Joon?" Appa asked as he tried to comfort umma. I sighed and lowered my head.

"Appa.... Umma.... 

The reason why Joon Mi was shot.. was because she  tired to save her ex. L.joe," I pointed to my left, where he sat with tears spilling from his eyes, "She wanted him to start over, have a new life. But a girl, that attends the college we  went to, meant to shoot L.Joe, but Joon Mi came in the way and protected him. And so she was shot." I said, wiping my tears away with Luhan comforting me. 

"My poor baby!" Umma shouted as she cried harder into appa's chest. 

I'm sorry, dongsaeng, I'm sorry for leaving you there. I regret it. I thought, sobbing through tears.

The tears of everyone stopped the moment the doctor came out. "Who is Joon Mi's relative?" He asked looking at everyone in the waiting room. "We are!
