Chapter 17:

I'm sorry and thank you.

You drove past your limit as if you were in a drifting contest. 

"Y-Yah, slow down, will you?!" Kris shouted, looking at you. 

You chuckled, "What, are you scared?" He shook his head and poke your side. "No, but I'm scared the police will pull us over." You slowed down and thought about. 

"You know, coming to think of it, I nearly forgot about that." He chuckled at your expression. 

You now began to  drive like a normal person would. 

Soon the two of you arrived at the mall. You searched for a parking spot closest to the enterance. "There" Kris pointed out. You smiled and pulled up to the spot and parked perfectly.

The two of you got out. Everyone gawked at you, Kris, and the car. 

"Waah, look at that car! No one can afford that besides idols!" You grinned. "Isn't that Bora's sister?" "Waah, she's gorgeous!" "That's her car?!" You turned around and  looked at the person who asked the question. "Ne! I'm Bora's sister, and yes, that's my car." You winked at the boy as he melted at your wink. 

"Ahem." You looked at Kris and smiled. "Kaja, Kris!" You grabbed his arm and dragged him into the mall. 

The two of you walked around the mall followed by some of the kids from school. 

"Oh, Kris, look!" You pointed toward a store that had many cute things in it. "Yeah? What about it?" You pouted. "Can we go in?" He laughed and nodded. You brighten up a bit and pulled him toward the store. 

"Waaah. Everything is so kawaii!" You looked around and saw a pair of bunny ears and placed it on your head. "How do I look?" You asked doing an aegyo. "Horrible." He replied with a chuckled. You pouted and took the bunny ears off. 

"I'm just kidding!" You walked out of the store allowing him to sigh. "Such a cute girlfriend you have there, son." He looked over to the man at the counter. He chuckled and rubbed the back of his neck shyly. 

"Well... T-Thank you adjhussi, I guess." The adjhussi chuckled. 

"She seems mad." He said looking out the door to see  you walk away towards the food court.

Kris sighed and followed the adjhussi's gaze. "I guess you're right, sir." 

"Why not buy her something to make it up to her?" Kris looked up and tilted his head a bit. 

"Like what sir?" "Hmm... How about this necklace here?" He held up a silver necklace that glowed. "I'll give it to you for 50 won." Kris looked at the necklace closely and smiled. 

"I'll take it." The adjhussi then sold it to him. 

He walked out of the store trying to find you. He then spotted you getting ice cream alone. 

He walked up to you and sat in the seat in front of you. You saw him approach. You looked at him, then returned to you ice cream.  He sighed and looked at you. 

"I'm sorry." You looked at him "What?"

"I'm sorry. Here, I got you something too." He placed a little box in front of you.

"What is it?" You asked curious of what was inside. "Open it and see." He said smiling at you. You took the box and shook it, trying to comprehend what was inside. 

You opened the box and smiled when you saw the necklace. "You. Brought this for me?" You looked up at him. He nodded. "Do you like it?" You chuckled and continued smiling. 

"Actually, I do. Thank you, Kris." He smiled. "You're welcome. Here, I'll put it on you for you." He got up from his seat and went behind you.
