Gerald: ano yang ginagawa mo? Ilang linggo ko nang napapansin na lagi mo dala yang sketch pad na yan

Nagulat si Kim sa narinig na ilang linggo na siyang napapansin ni Gerald e nitong huling araw lang silang nagka usap. Natuwa naman siya sa narinig ibig sabihin e kahit sinusungitan siya ng binata inoobserbahan naman siya nito, patago pa siguro kung tumingin pero hindi na siya nag comment pa. Iniabot niya ang sketch pad sa binata and he was amazed sa nakita niya, sketches ng mga damit iba't ibang klase, she also tried na i sketch ang beach, mga banka and sa middle ng pad medyo kinabog ang puso niya kasi may 3 sketches niya. He can't remember the first 2, una nasa beach siya nakatingin sa dagat, next nasa veranda siya and last was last night nung naka sandal siya sa headboard asleep. Napa ngiti siya but he didn't say anything and when he looked up she was staring at him and they stayed like that for a couple of minutes when

Gerald: "Can I asked you a personal question" then she nod. Who's Kim and why are you here?

A few minutes of silence then she said " I promise to answer your question basta you'll answer mine as well" then he said yes.

Kim's revelation:

Bunso ako sa 3 babae, my ate's are married na and I'm helping my dad sa garment business namin, I help design clothes that we sell thus the sketches. I'm 24 never been sa maraming bagay, still waiting for someone, romantic at heart that's why I'm here. The business went down after Tito fred took his shares even my ideas and design and put up his own. Papa was devastated, he tried asking his other kumpadre but no luck. Then one day he said he needs to talk to me and what he said hurt me, pinagkasundo niya ako sa anak ng kumpadre niya a certain Randolph Jr. He said he knows I'll be happy kasi mabait ang family ng guy and matagal na niyang kilala, what hurt me the most e yung he knows I want to marry someone I love and hindi ko talaga ma accept na ganon ang mangyari. I've been a very good daughter, ni minsan hindi ko siya binigyan ng problema and I know at this time papa needs my help but not this, paano naman ako so dala ng sama ng loob I ran away. I know it's bad but I asked my friends help, sila may ari ng beach house that's why I'm here. Then silence...

All the time that Kim was talking he was quiet even when he heard the name Randolph Jr he didn't make a sound. Now napatunayan na niya na she's the one his dad was telling him about and he intends to win her. He can't reveal it yet but he knows he needs to work on it, definitely he's fallen for Kim.

Gerald's revelation:

I'm the only son and I also ran away from everything and everyone after my fiancee left me for another guy. I'm hurt hindi ko matanggap na iniwan ako, napabayaan ko ang work ko buti understanding ang parents ko. Alam mo nagalit ako sa mga babae except my mom till now, sabay titig kay Kim. Mga kasama ko sa work iniwasan ako kasi lagi raw akong galit which before I'm not like that. I know in a way nagbago ako but alam mo ngayon ewan ko ba parang nawala na ang galit, di ko ma explain e.

Kim: kaya pala ang sungit mo sa akin dati

Gerald: sorry dun ha pero alam mo natutuwa ako pag kinakawayan mo ako kahit nag susungit ako

Kim: paano ba naman ang aga aga naka kunot na noo mo, kinakausap ka lang e nag susuplado pa. Pero thank you talaga sa pag alaga sa akin nung may sakit ako. Alam mo hindi ko alam kung anong mangyari sa akin kung hindi ka pumunta sa bahay

Gerald: sorry na talaga ha tsaka di ba sinabi ko na I want to take care of you. Pero Kim will you meet the guy?

Kim: alam ko naman na hindi ako makakatago forever, eventually lalabas din ako, nagpapalamig lang ng sama ng loob. Will I meet the guy? Hmmmm maybe, I don't know. Siguro if the times comes I'll ask to meet him and maybe lang we can be friends. Sandali ako naman ang mag tanong!
Sobra mo bang love ang fiancee mo kaya di ka pa maka move on?

Gerald: alam mo sa totoo lang wala na ang hurt, parang pride ko lang ata ang nasaktan e. I think I've already moved on ilang weeks na rin, sabay ngiti. Sana lang she'll accept me then todo titig kay Kim and patay malisyang nag smile. Will you give him a chance?

Kim: hmmm, I don't know depende siguro after mag meet kami then kung may spark malay natin. I still want to marry for love.

Gerald: Na in love ka na ba?

Kim: Me? maybe sabay ngiti

Humarap bigla si gerald sa dalaga then

Gerald: Kim can I take care of you?

Kim: Ha? bakit mukha ba talaga akong helpless?

Gerald: No it's not that. I think I've fallen for you!

After that declaration no one spoke, Gerald just stared at Kim while si Kim naman just kept quiet but she has a smile on her face. They stayed quiet for sometime till nag aya na si gerald to go back kasi baka mabinat si Kim. Nothing was mentioned in words but in action sobra sobra and that made Kim scared because deep in her heart she'd also fallen for him.
