Kerry’s P.O.V

I blinked in the bright morning sunshine as I stepped out of the plane for the first time in ten hours.  It felt good stretching my legs after such a long time spent sitting in what must have been one of, if not, THE most uncomfortable chairs in history! 

I limped stiffly down the steps taking in my new surroundings.  The first thing I noticed was the warm breeze as it gently ruffled my auburn hair; a complete contrast to the hurricane force North winds I was used to at home. 

Smiling nervously, I walked through the ‘arrivals’ door and towards the luggage collection point.  I watched wearily as the luggage went round and round on the conveyor belt, waiting for my blue floral case to appear.  After seeing the same red suitcase come round four times, I began to panic and scanned the open plan room for a member of staff.

“Excuse me,” I began in the best Korean I could muster.

“Uhh??” Was the response I received.

“My suitcase isn’t there.” I continued, pointing towards the conveyor belt.

He went on to ask me a few questions about it, phoned several people, checked a pile of notes and finally, after half an hour of half hearted searching, came to the conclusion:
       “It’s lost...”

“~dies~” I thought to myself.

Sighing, I my heel and continued towards the main airport.
