Baekhyun wakes up to something sound being thrown upon the window of his room. At first he thinks it's the neighbor's jerk son, Sehun, again being bored and out of his mind. But when he jumps off the bed, leans over the window, from meters down the second floor that his room is, he sees someone—no, wait for it—an apple! 

 

Good thing he catches it. 

 

And is that his leg stinging and from—oh, his window just shattered! For how else could he have caught the apple if he hasn't even opened the window?

 

"Sorry," he hears, albeit him brushing away the shattered glasses over his leg with his free hand. Too bad he's only wearing his boxers. "Threw that one a little harder."

 

"Chanyeoooollll!" he screams and then he throws the apple back. 

 

He rakes a hand through his hair when he finds Chanyeol just caught it and with his trademark creepy grin, too.

 

"You know," the man outside his house starts rather loudly, "I heard that during the time of the ancient Greece, throwing apples to your lover means a marriage proposal! It's good you caught it and I caught it back. So that means you accept!" 

 

For a moment, Baekhyun rolls his eyes because of course they're not living in the time of the ancient Greeks anymore and thinks of drowning out whatever Chanyeol's saying by shutting the window closed once and for all, but then what's left to shut when it's broken?

 

But then at least he's got a future husband with good aim.
