Well, seeing this made me realize that it would be a great thing to use as a starter goal! All though at first, I will admit that it sounded impossible because I was lazy, but then I realized it was going to be SO worth it afterwards. I worked..... worked..... and worked some more...Even though they were bare minimum requirements, I had made it. I was proud of myself, but not proud enough. So I kept working... Then I started changing my work out routine because I had finally made it to the above requirements!

My current routine is a bit intense but it works great! So incase you are wondering what my current workout is, here it is!!
15 minute Stretch of the ENTIRE body
5 mile sprint NOT JOG!!
15 minute Stretch of the ENTIRE body
50 sit-ups
50 crunches
15 minute Stretch of the ENTIRE body
15 minutes of in place high knee running
50 push-ups
15 minute Stretch of the ENTIRE body
50 pull-ups
Hot, slowly going down to a cold shower.
I OF COURSE drink LOTS of water. As for why I go from a hot shower to cold shower; it not only relieves the muscles if they are sore but it is also good for your skin!!
I hope this helped for anyone looking for encouragement or ideas!
