All Your Questions Answered!Do you often wonder if there is a way you can cure those constant bad days? Well I've got the SOLUTIONS for you! Yes, solutions. As in multiple ways, for multiple days, and different people! In this chapter you will learn many different ways to make your day better or to ensure you have a good day. So let's begin~!

1.) Always find more good things in the people you see and or know compared to the bad things. DESPITE how much you don't like them! This will help because it brings you into a positive attitude.
2.) If your day started bad, take a deep breath and say "Today is going great" and every time you start to go back to the negative thoughts, repeat that action. Don't say it with sarcasm either. Really TRULY mean it, this will
3.) Try something new EVERY day! By wanting to try something new every day, you have something to look forward to. Because of this, your day will be hard to ruin!
4.) Get on a schedule!!! I have learned that if you are not on a schedule, your day can be unpredictable. Maeks sense, right? So by being on a schedule, there will be MUCH less stress and your day will flow better.
5.) Pick a time every day for you and you only. Make sure it is something you enjoy doing.
6.) Laugh. Yes, I know, it sounds stupid. But by finding some reason to laugh you are more likely to smile and have a better attitude.
