This is for all the girls and guys wanting to lose that unattractive weight in their stomachs!
So believe it or not, eating is the biggest part of losing the weight in your stomach!
The reason for this is, you don't eat enough, your stomach begins to slowly eat itself causing you to gain more weight. Crazy right!?
This will blow your mind, if you eat every three hours throughout the day, everyday, which will come out to five small meals a day, you will actually start getting more muscle less fat!
Of course everyone knows that you have to control your calories, not too much not too little.
For every pound of muscle you have, you shed off 50 more calories!

While eating these with the common fruit and veggies be sure to work out!
Jog about 3-5 times a week for 15-30 minutes. Do squats 15-25 each time!
