Foreword
I’m now looking at your grave with Three things in me. Flowers. Tears. And Questions. As I reminisce one of our last conversation I can’t help myself but cry more. And fear a lot of things, specially that.
“Father, why must I be afraid of the dark?”
“Where did you hear that son?”
“ From you.”
“What?”
“Children are always told by their father not to be scared of the dark, but you told me the exact different of that, why?”
“I will tell you when the right time comes, but for now, just stick to what I’m saying to you, be always afraid of the dark.”
But when is the right time father? You’re now 6 feet underground. How can you tell me why? Why must you die?
But I guess crying won’t bring you back anymore. I kneeled on the wet ground. Placing mom’s favorite that became yours.
Dusting the mud that is covering your grave mark.
I re-read it again for the thousandth time.
