(A/N: Before you start reading, I'd like to share with you this song which inspired this one-shot. Her head, laid on his shoulder, now. The jacket that he pretended to bring for himself, wrapped around her, now. It didn’t matter how cold or how dark it was in there. And not that anything else mattered much now, anyway.

Two sets of eyes were focused, now. Sunny’s, on the big screen; Kyuhyun’s, on Sunny. He smiled as he watched her and not the movie…

There it was, before he knew it—all coming back. Everything was looking perfect again. It was the same old, nostalgic scene at the movies. Only that the situation now is entirely different.

Kyuhyun knew he couldn’t keep fooling himself any longer. He can’t keep living in this picture because clearly, this is not going to last forever. They will not be permanently fixated in this painted scene which he could look at and see in the way that he wants to. This will be just another memory that he’d be keeping for himself.

But no. Not that Kyuhyun had stopped counting his blessings. Not every used-to-be couple actually end up being friends, after all.

And no. Kyuhyun was not even the least contented with what they have right now, but since she left him with no other option, he had to take what he could get to keep her.

“Aw…” Sunny pouted, turning to him.  “I’m all out of cola...”

“Oh. Well, then...” Kyuhyun stood up. “I’ll go ge—”

Sunny tugged at the edge of Kyuhyun’s shirt, not taking her eyes off the movie. “No, stay.”

“Fine.” Kyuhyun shrugged, sitting back down. ” Just have some of mine, then.” He handed her his drink.

Delighted, she sipped from Kyuhyun’s tumbler and smiled to him as thanks.

‘Missing the person who never even left. I didn’t think it was possible...’ He thought, as his eyes remained fixated on her.

Kyuhyun had made every second worthwhile; every moment, for keeps. Howvever, the movie eventually had to end.
