~ Author's POV ~

Eunhyuk, Gyuri, Kevin, and Nicole sat in the park as the new couple explained what happened while the two were in the library.

“Dang, we missed a lot didn’t we,” Kevin looked at Nicole, who agreed.

“Well technically congratulations on being a new couple,” Nicole smiled.

Eunhyuk grabbed Gyuri hand and squeezed it, “Thanks.”

Gyuri blushed while the two, who were watching, giggled. Soon the sun was slowly going down, so the four said good bye and went back home.  As soon as Gyuri came back home, she greeted her parents and walked up to her room. Her room was still a mess from this morning so she started to clean up her room. After cleaning up her room, she sat on her desk and took out her homework. 30 minutes passed, Gyuri started to pack up her finished homework. She then went to take a shower. After taking a 3 minute shower, she walked out back into her room with her long blonde hair still wet from the shower. She grabbed her phone to check if she had any miss calls or messages. Sure enough, she had 2 new messages, one from Nicole and another from Eunhyuk. She first opened Nicole’s message.

From Nicole:

Hi!! ^^ Yah Gyuri Unni, are you actually serious with Eunhyuk Oppa or are you just using him so people won’t bully you? D: Remember he really likes you.

Gyuri pressed reply and paused as she thought about why she actually agreed.

From Gyuri:

Hello! Actually I’m not sure if I’m using him.. I’m actually pretty serious since he’s sort of coming close to my ideal.. I’m not sure yet though, give Unnie time ok?

Gyuri then went back and clicked open Eunhyuk’s message.

From Eunhyuk:

Hi, wow this is the first time I ever messages you :P Anyway, for tomorrow, I decided that we are going to go on a date so make sure to bring a spare change of clothes tomorrow. Don’t worry, I told Kevin and Nicole about it and they said they are ok with it. Message me back ok?

She smiled at the text. Of course, Kevin and Nicole would be ok with it Gyuri thought as she rolled her eyes and clicked reply.

From Gyuri:

Hi. Haha yeah I know right. X) LOL when did you become in charge all of sudden? Joking! And ok I guess so, but what are we going to do?

She then placed her phone back onto her table and went back to the restroom to blow dry her damp hair. After drying her hair, she turned off the lights in her restroom and checked her phone again. It said 2 new messages which were from Nicole and Eunhyuk, again. She clicked Eunhyuk’s first this time.

From Eunhyuk:

Haha I’ve always been in charge, what are you talking about? And that’s a secret! Bye!

Gyuri laughed and clicked reply.

From Gyuri:

Bwoh? You, always been in charge? xD and wae?! In relationships you can’t keep secrets!

She then clicked open Nicole’s message.

From Nicole:

Oh so you do like him?? xD haha arasso~ have fun on your little date keke by the way, you guys look so cute together! *runs away before I get killed*

Giggling at Nicole’s childish text, she replied back.

From Gyuri:

Yah! I never said I liked him! Haha thanks I guess, I’ll try to since he won’t tell me what we are going to do! *Pouts* Note to self: ruffle Nicole’s hair tomorrow. :D

“Gyuri, come down and eat dinner,” Her mother shouted from downstairs, probably from the kitchen.

“Ok, I’ll be right down in a second,” Gyuri replied. She placed her phone back to its original position and walked downstairs. Just being a few feet from the dining room, she could already smell the delicious scent of her mother’s delicious pasta.

“We are having pasta today?” Gyuri closed her eyes as she entered the dining room.

Her mom smiled, “Bingo!”

“Thank you Umma!” Gyuri kissed her mom’s cheek and sat down.

“Hurry and dig in,” Her dad laughed at her as she stared at the pasta.

“Neh!~” Gyuri grabbed some of it and placed it on her plate. After eating some pasta, she started to get full. She drank some of her water and patted her stomach. “That was good,” She chirped.

“Well that’s good to hear,” Her dad chuckled.

“Well I’m going to excuse myself then,” Gyuri grabbed her plate, fork, and cup and placed then in the sink. She then walked up back to her room and plopped onto her bed. Getting up from the bed, she turned her phone on. It said 2 new messages again from the same people. She clicked open Nicole’s message.

From Nicole:

Hehe but you just said so. Maybe Eunhyuk Oppa just wants to surprise you? But that’s sweet of him right? AH! I was going to wear my hair into a bun tomorrow! Andwae!~ Aigoo, I have to sleep now Unni. Mianhae! Good night, see you tomorrow. :D

Gyuri pressed reply.

From Gyuri:

No, I didn’t I did! Yeah I guess so. Haha wear a bun so I could mess it up every time!! It’s alright, good night! See you tomorrow ^^

She then opened Eunhyuk’s message.

From Eunhyuk:

Haha it’s because you never noticed it! In relationships, you could keep it a secret as long as it makes the other one happy! :D See you tomorrow!

Gyuri pouted and pressed reply.

From Gyuri:

Keke maybe that’s why xD hmph fine then. See you tomorrow!

She exited out of her inbox and checked the time on her phone. 9:30. I should go to sleep Gyuri thought to herself. She connected her charger to her phone and placed it on her desk. Then she walked to the restroom to brush her teeth. She then turned off the lights in her room and tucked herself in bed.

~ The Next Morning ~

-insert Dalmatian- ER alarm-

She slowly turned off her alarm clock and got up from bed. Walking to the bathroom lazily, she brushed her teeth, rinsed her face, and changed into her uniform. Gyuri remembered that she was supposed to bring extra clothes so she grabbed a spare change and stuffed it into her backpack. ‘6:20,’ the clock said. She grabbed her backpack and walked downstairs into the kitchen.

“Morning,” she kissed her parent’s cheek as she entered.

“Good morning, you woke up earlier then yesterday,” Her mother smiled.

Gyuri grabbed a piece of toast, “Well of course I did. Eunhyuk isn’t here so I was able to wake up faster.”

Her father laughed and nodded his head, “Are you going now?"

“Yeah, so I’ll see you guys later,” Gyuri stuffed her toast in and headed out of the house. She closed the front door and headed out but saw a familiar figure on a bike, waiting outside of her house.

“Good morning!” the boy waved and smiled.

“Eunhyuk, what are you doing here?” Gyuri said in shock.

“Of course, I’m waiting for you. Now get on so we could get going.”

“Bwoh? Are you feeling alright?” Gyuri asked as she placed her hand on his forehead.

“Of course I am. The boyfriend should always walk their girlfriend to school to protect them,” Eunhyuk smiled as he removed her hand from his forehead.

Gyuri bit her lip, “Fine.” She got on the back of the bike and held onto Eunhyuk’s jacket.

“If you don’t hold on tight enough, you will fall,” He smirked.

Gyuri pouted and wrapped her arms around his stomach.

“Feels more safe now right?” Eunhyuk smiled at her.

“Just go,” Gyuri glared at him.

Eunhyuk started to peddle and soon they were on their way to school. When they were getting closer to school, the students started to stare and point at them. Gyuri couldn’t help but blush.

“They’re seriously are dating!!” “They sort of look cute together.” “Our Goddess!~” “Oppa!~”

Some students were happy for them while others were not. Eunhyuk and Gyuri soon arrived at the bike racks so Gyuri got off so Eunhyuk could park it. He locked his bike and stood by Gyuri.

“Shall we go now?” Eunhyuk smiled.

 “I guess so. I’ll see you in class then,” Gyuri started to walk off.

Eunhyuk grabbed her arm which made Gyuri turn and look at him.

“Wae?” 

“Why are you going without me?” Eunhyuk pouted as he laced his hand with hers.

Gyuri looked at his hand, “Bwoh?! You aren’t going to hang out with your friends?”

“My friends are never here this early. Anyway, I want to hang out with you so let’s go,” Eunhyuk smiled at her as he started to drag her along.

She couldn’t help but blush. As they walked down the hallway, the students stared and pointed.

“Good morning!~” two cheerful voices called out.

The couple turned around to find Nicole and Kevin running towards them.

“Morning,” The couple smiled.

“Getting all lovey-dovey in the morning I see,” Kevin snickered as he pointed at their hands.

Gyuri looked at where he was pointing and blushed. She was about to let go but Eunhyuk tightened his grip.

“Is something wrong? I’m just holding hands with my girlfriend?” Eunhyuk smiled proudly.

Nicole giggled, “Ani~ You guys look so cute.”

“Thanks,” Gyuri smiled shyly.

“But seriously, if you guys get too lovey-dovey in front of us, I’m going to stop hanging out with you guys,” Kevin teased.

Gyuri lightly punched Kevin’s arm and smiled, “Yah!”

Eunhyuk pulled Gyuri closer to him, “Maybe that’s a good thing, that means I will be able to spend some alone time with Gyuri.”

"Hey!" Gyuri's face became red as a tomato.

Kevin jokily covered Nicole’s eyes, “Yah! Not in front of our innocent Nicole!!”

The four laughed.

Ring Ring

“Well see you guys later,” Nicole waved.

“Nicole pali~” Kevin grabbed  Nicole’s hand and dragged her to homeroom.

“Annyeong,” The couple waved. They started to walk to their homeroom, still hand in hand.

“The teacher is going to be so surprised again once she sees you,” Gyuri teased.

“Wae?”

“You came on time, two times in a row!”

“What’s so surprising about that?” Eunhyuk acted offended.

Gyuri just laughed at him, while he smiled at her.

“Yah, stop laughing at your boyfriend,” Eunhyuk ruffled her hair.

“Yah! Why can’t I?” Gyuri tried fixing her hair.

“Cause only I could tease you,” he meronged at her.

Gyuri pouted as they entered their homeroom. The room went silent as soon as they entered. Eunhyuk let go of Gyuri’s hand so they could go to their seats. As soon as they sat down, the room became super loud.

Gyuri face palmed herself as she looked at Eunhyuk who turned around and just gently smiled at her. She shrugged and smiled back at him. Oh well, I guess I have to deal with this for a while Gyuri sighed as she thought to herself.
