I walk out of the police station and sighed.

We don’t have enough evidence yet. We’ll contact you as soon as we do.

That was no help. Now where am I going to find the truth?

Going back to the dorm wasn’t a good idea, so I decide to walk around the street to clear my head.

While I was walking down the street, I spotted a store in the corner. It seems like a book store.

I walked into the book store and looked around. It was a small store full of books.

I walk to one of the shelves. I looked at all the books.

“What can I help you with, young lady?” I heard someone said and turned around. I jumped.

It was an old man.

“I-I was just looking.” I held out a book. The old man walks to the counter.

“You look like you’re trying to find out something important, am I right?” the old man said. My eyes round. H-How does he know?

“Here, this book might help.” he hand me a book. I hesitated for a bit and took the book.

There was no title on it, not even any writings on the cover.

I looked up, but the old man was gone. I looked around for the old man, but it seems like there’s no one else in the store.

I walk out of the store. I sighed.

I guess I’ll keep the book for awhile then I’ll return it tomorrow.
