“Min Ji-ah, guess what?! I had a dream yesterday about Ren oppa and I!” Na Ra squealed as she told Min Ji.

“It must have been a nightmare then.” Min Ji said as she popped a chocolate into .

“YAH!” Na Ra slapped Min Ji on her arm real hard causing her to jump a little.

“Ouch. That hurts, you know.” She rubbed the reddened spot with a pout.

“That’s for talking bad about Ren oppa.” Na Ra stuck out her tongue and said.

“Sometimes I wonder what’s so good about that Ren which makes you go craz-” Min Ji paused when she spotted NU’EST walking in their direction.

Na Ra sank her nails into Min Ji’s arm causing her to scream along with the other fan girls. Ren smirked as she spotted Min Ji. Walking by, he whispered into Min Ji’s ear as he tilted his head to the side.

“Meet me after school.”

Her face heat up a little and she felt the same feeling she did as yesterday. Na Ra frowned slightly when she saw Ren whispering to Min Ji. JR’s eyes had never left Na Ra who was looking only at Ren. He felt a funny feeling within him which he couldn’t decipher.

“Don’t tell me I am jealous.” JR thought as he looked away.

After school…

“Stupid Ren, stupid Iphone, stupid contract.” Min Ji complained as she kicked her legs about.

Like yesterday, she was alone in the classroom waiting for Ren.

“Some things should be said behind ones’ back.” Ren said as he entered.

“Damn.” Min Ji muttered under her breath in embarrassment.

“Now what do you want from me?” she asked in annoyance.

“Complete them for me.” Ren ordered as he took out today’s assignments.

“Gah. You are really abusing your rights now huh?” She rebutted as she looked at the stack of work.

“I’m just making full use of the stupid someone who spoilt my precious new phone.” Ren crossed his arms and said.

Min Ji puffed her cheeks and snatched the stack over in an upset manner. Ren smiled as she started to scribble really hard on those papers. He then closed his eyes with his head facing her. She was finally done with his homework after some time. Looking at him, she couldn’t help but want to trace his defined features. With her fingers outstretched, she unconsciously moved her hand closer to his face. Then, Min Ji felt a strong grip on her wrist causing her to snap out of her thoughts.

“Slave. Do you like me already?” he asked smugly as he stared straight into her eyes.

“I…I…” Min Ji paused as she realized what she was doing a moment ago.

“No, obviously not. Maybe you don’t know but I like guys who are hot and manly, not girly and pretty like you. I am done here so I am going off first.” Min Ji denied and was ready to run off.

She freed herself from Ren’s grip and grabbed her bag anxiously before making a dash for the classroom door. As she reached for the handle and opened the door, she felt slightly relieved. Suddenly, she felt someone grab her wrist again, turning her behind. Obviously, the person was Ren as there was no one else in the class.

“You…” She didn’t know what she wanted to say and all she knew was Ren was moving way too close.

He raised his hand and slammed the door shut behind them. As he advanced closer, Min Ji felt her heart beat faster when the distance between them started closing up more and more. Before she knew it, Min Ji found herself cornered with her back touching the door surface.  Ren started to lean closer with his head tilted slightly. When Min Ji felt his breath on her face, she closed her eyes involuntarily. She waited.

“You are so much fun.” She heard him whisper into her ears.

Min Ji shot open her eyes and pushed Ren who was smiling away. He smirked and at that moment, Min Ji felt utterly embarrassed. She opened the door and ran out with all her might. Reaching a flight of deserted stairs, she fell to the ground. Clutching her chest with her knees trembling, Min Ji bit down at her lower lips.

“Park Min Ji, what is wrong with you? Are you an idiot? Did you even think he would kiss you back there?” she scolded herself as a tear slipped out of her eyes.
