On our way back galing sa trip namin, tumigil muna si Sooyoung sa isang gas station. We decided to buy extra gas just in case wala kaming madaanan mamaya.

Pumunta muna kami ni Jinsol sa convenience store just near the car. Nauuhaw na kasi siya, so we decided to get some drinks and snacks na rin.

"Wow, nagbebenta pala sila ng Milkis dito?" Mukhang naaliw siyang makita yung slim can ng carbonated milk na yun. 

Naglagay siya ng isa sa basket na bitbit niya.

"Favorite 'to ni Sooyoung, eh. Tingin mo ba kuha pa ako ng isa in case maubos niya agad 'to?"

This is what I have to go through lagi when I'm with Jinsol. The constant reminder na sila yung nauna.

The three of us are in a relationship. They started dating back in college, kasi same sila ng kinuhang course. Magkasundo sila palagi, and they were basically together the entire time.

I've always had a crush on Jinsol simula pa man nung naging mag kapitbahay kami. 

I was still in my sophomore year at high school, and she was already a senior back then. She was two years ahead of me, so naisip ng parents namin na it would be best if we hung out together para natuturuan niya ako ng advanced lessons.

I've always been fond of her. I just never had the guts to act on it kasi to me, it seemed like she wasn't like me.

I wasn't even sure if I was straight, or gay, or anything in between. I just got close sa kanya and one day, I decided maybe it wouldn't be too bad if I died for her.

I liked her because we were close, and we shared everything with each other.

So isang malaking shock sa akin when she opened up to me na she was dating someone… A girl.

I just… started third-wheeling sa dates nila, until just recently, the both of them took interest sa akin… romantically.

I didn't know what to say back then. I just saw how persistent Jinsol was, and wala akong magawa kasi alam ko sa sarili ko na gustong gusto ko pa rin siya.

Kaya kahit hindi naman ako mahilig mag-share, I decided this is the second to best that I can get. If I couldn't have Jinsol for myself, then I can settle sharing her with someone else...

As long as mahal niya rin naman ako.

"Actually, baka pwedeng tatlo na lang kunin natin." Sabi ko. "Nakakabitin yan eh, maliit lang yung can kaya konti lang laman nyan."

"Have you tried it na rin?" Tinanong ako ni Jinsol. "Maybe we can add one more para sayo."

Natawa ako sa suggestion niya. "Naubos na pera natin sa iisang product ah, ba't di mo na lang kinuha lahat?"

Tumigil na siya ng paglalagay ng Milkis strawberry sa basket. Inabot niya ang pinakamalapit na Jungle Juice, mango flavor.

"Ito naman, para sayo." Isinama niya yun sa basket. She kissed my cheek swiftly, yet gently. "Wag ka na magtampo. Alam mo namang ilalagay rin natin mga favorite mo, syempre."

"Dapat lang…" Sabi ko.

Ang kapal ko rin magtampo kay Jinsol, kahit na ako lang naman yung nakisali sa relasyon nila. 

"Any snacks you want?" Tanong niya. Naglagay na siya ng toasted sandwich sa basket. Two cheese pepperoni flavored yung kinuha niya, which was Sooyoung's favorite, yet again.

"I think kukuha na lang ako ng chips." Sagot ko. Kumuha na agad ako ng Mr. Chips na malaki, at shinoot sa basket ni Jinsol. "Pwede mo na ipa-heat yung toasted sandwiches."

Pinanood ko si Jinsol maglakad papunta sa cashier. Narinig ko rin siya mag ask if pwede niya ipa-microwave yung sandwiches.
