Jessica spent the whole day staring blankly at her computer. She still couldn’t believe it. There was Kim Taeyeon, her ex-friend, ex-roommate…ex-crush. To top it all off, Jessica couldn’t forget those eyes. The last time she saw eyes like that, was the day Taeyeon walked out of her life nearly 10 years ago.

Shaking her head, Jessica needed to clear her head. She needed to find a new distributer fast, but her ears still echoed with Taeyeon’s threat. What did Taeyeon mean when she said she wouldn’t leave her alone? Was she planning to do more? Jessica doubt Taeyeon wanted to actually see her.

Reaching forward, Jessica pressed her phone, “Seohyun set up a meeting with the CEO of Zero ® a Ms. Kim Taeyeon.”

“Yes mam.”

Jessica leaned back in her chair knowing nothing would get resolved unless she met Taeyeon again. It was time she came face to face with her past.

“Taeyeon-ah Taeyeon-ah!”

Taeyeon came out of the bathroom, hair still wet, “What?”

Jessica blushed from Taeyeon’s appearance, “Can you make food? I am hungry.”

Taeyeon laughed as she threw her towel on the bed, “Seriously I do everything for you.”

Jessica pouted, “I help you study. You would be flunking your business classes without me.”

Taeyeon started pulling out ingredients for lunch, “I am an engineering major…my dad made me take all those business classes. I just don’t see the point. I plan on making the next big thing to change the world.”

Jessica took a seat watching Taeyeon cook, “You never know. Once you find your big idea you can start a business…or just sell the product to me. I will help you make it big.”

Taeyeon laughed, “Deal. I will make the most awesome invention and have you sell it. Solves all my business problems.”

Jessica held out her pinky, “Deal.”

Jessica let out a bitter laugh, “Maybe I taught Taeyeon business too well.”
