C.E.O.“So…you are saying it is my fault?” Taeyeon sat there with her arms crossed.
“You said I could have it! I got your consent.”
Taeyeon rubbed her head, “Verbal and written are two different things Jessica! I needed that proposal for my graduation project. I mean I eventually submitted something way better but still doesn’t mean you can just take an idea and not credit me!”
“But I did!” Jessica reached around her briefcase and pulled out the old project proposal, “Here. Right here. You didn’t even stay long enough to read your own name.”
Taeyeon took the proposal and read, “Blueprint and design by Kim Taeyeon, Engineering Year 4.” Well now Taeyeon looked like the ing idiot. Not only did she ruin a friendship, but she held onto these feelings of hatred for it all to come crashing down on her turning into this ugly guilt that couldn’t be fixed with a simple, sorry. No, she started a dangerous game and was ready take down something Jessica worked years for. There is no way Jessica could ever forgive her for something like this.
“I waited for you to come back for days. I searched around campus and even waited after some of your classes, hoping to find you and show you this. But you ran away.” Jessica was nearly in tears, “I am sorry for the misunderstanding…I am sorry I…this is still all my fault anyway.”
Taeyeon reached up to catch some of the tears, “I am the idiot…I should have been mature…”
Jessica shook her head, “No I mean this…Blanc ® would have never happened without you. You should have it. That is what you wanted all along right?”
Taeyeon wasn’t sure what she wanted now. She was so confused.
