It all felt like a deja vu as she took hasty yet unsure steps towards the mansion's front doors. The whole surrounding had uncanny resemblance to her nightmares, making her more certain by each step that her presumption might actually be accurate. And this realization had left a tremble into her limbs. Yet she didn't stop, she was determined to reach and see the end of the whole ordeal.

Stopping just face to face before the tall oaken doors of the place, she took another round of huge breaths. The only difference with her dreams and now this reality was that she wasn't controlled by something invisible that would force her to move around on their wish. With her clammy hands, she held onto the dusty gothic hinges and pushed opened the doors, she wasn't even surprised to see the doors having no lock just like the outer ones. A thick air of musty odor welcomed her the moment she stepped inside the castle. She had to take careful steps since the place was like another jungle inside, as the whole surrounding was covered with layers of dust, walls were covered with mildew,  countless amount of small brunches of trees were fallen here and there, spider's web were weaved like thick curtains in some places. At this point, she wouldn't be surprised if she'd witness one or two wild animals running around here.

 Sana could imagine the place being a lavish one with those dusty and lifeless huge sized chandeliers dangerously hanging from the ceiling, looking like they might fall apart if someone just poked their fingers lightly on them. Also those supposedly antic sculptures of deer's head and so many more shapes that she couldn't even decipher due to them being distorted in places. And those supposedly royal looking furnitures were also nothing more than deformed pieces of woods and steels. 

Shaking her head from the thoughts of how this supposedly lavish, or maybe royal even, place had become something like this, she covered her nose with the back of her sweaty hand, trying not to inhale the befouled air of the place too much and started trudging through the path that she had engraved at the back of her head. Now that she had the torch from her hand phone, she could finally see the surrounding of the path that she had been taking for all these years. Reaching the staircase at the very center, she had become even more cautious of her every steps since there was a high likeliness of the stairs cracking up and causing her to fall or face any sort of accident due to the place being such an old one. Her heart was pounding loudly in her chest as she continued to climb up the stairs. The familiar feeling of her heart tugging forward to speed up her steps and reach her destination was more prominent than ever. She didn't hear the echoing voice of that man like she used to hear in her dreams, but the compulsion, that left no other choice for her but to keep going despite knowing how dangerous an old castle can be or how foolish her actions can be, was thickening inside her by every passing second. It was a feeling of impulse that she was needed, that she had something to do here had gotten intensified by hundred times ever since she had brought herself in this place. 

She passed through the familiar corridors, even though she didn't know how it actually looked, she still felt the familiarity since she had taken this route at every single night for the past eight years. was dried up to such an extent that she felt like she had a desert formed inside there, and it constantly condensed with every steps that took her closer to that chamber where she would always stop by. She was dreaded to the roots the moment she reached just in front of the door of that gigantic dark room. She knew it was the final straw, it was her last chance to back away and avoid whatever there's waiting inside for her, if anything was actually there.

She could just return back to the safety of her grandmother's place, instead of venturing in this unpredictable and vulnerable looking place. But that would leave a mountain of unanswerable questions that might trigger her leftover sanity if she didn't go in and see it with her own eyes what was the whole deal. In all fairness, there might be absolutely nothing, and everything might just be exaggeration of her thoughts. If there's nothing inside, then it would probably be the indication that she was indeed mentally unstable like her brother assumed. She would accept this harsh reality and finally agree to take professional help like her brother's suggestion.

So without involving in more inner battles, Sana opened the double doors of the chamber and cautiously stepped inside. 

It was all same as her dreams- dark, dusty, eerie even. Aside from the light of her phone's torch, what surprised her, or more like shocked her, was the unprecedented glow from the bracelet around her left wrist. It was just a simple silver bracelet with tiny trinkets around the hook, so it was unfathomable for Sana as to why would her bracelet start to shoot beams of light out of nowhere? Although it was really dumbfounding, it couldn't trap her attention for long since something else at the very end of the seemingly large ended chamber had caught her whole span of attention at that moment. But before she could double take at that direction, the supposed light that was glinting from there, was gone.

"H-Hello? Is anyone t-there?" She squeaked out in her nervous voice. "A-Are you there?" She again managed to ask. But no answer. Her stammering confident raised just a tiny bit. Maybe it's all indeed her imagination, baseless dreams. They actually didn't have any meaning. Perhaps she should just get back home and tell Sehun that she was finally ready for accepting professional help. Though before she could reach any final conclusion, she noticed the glimmering light from that same space just like she had witnessed a few moments ago.

Sana squinted her eyes to assure herself that she was actually seeing that small twinkles of light coming from the farthest end of the chamber and it wasn't any trick of her eyes again, the tiny lights dangerously resembled the color and shape of the gleam oozing out from the silver jewelry around her wrist. Like a moth drawn to the light, she found herself willingly taking steps closer to the source of the balls of brightness, wanting to find out the connection between these two different yet similar sort of luminescence. 

The more closer she got, the more the area around her wrist tingled due to the warm and intensifying flares of pure light emitting from there, tiny bit of reddish twinkles could also be seen among the glazing lights. Sana's heart pumped in up beats as she reached to the fount of light, yet she couldn't decipher exactly what was the source of it since it looked like the light had been appearing from some small holes behind the creaky wall. She gulped, her heart reached till the edge of , making it harder for her to take in the contaminated oxygen from the air neighboring her. It was as if tugs of strings were pulling her to cease the minimal distance between her and the supposed old wall, so that she could be as much close as possible to those mesmerizing shooting gleams on the other side of the wall.
