It’s been months and he still hasn’t received a response from her regarding his confession. He knows she can be quite innocent about relationship matters but he made sure to be very clear and direct about his intention. If there’s anything good that came out of his frustration it was that there was a mountain of songs composed, lyrics written all sitting somewhere in his brain or their studio. s, as much as they wanted him to become more cheerful, cannot completely knock some sense into him because in a way this is benefitting their band. When the time came to choose what their comeback song would be, it was unanimous. This has to be the song, if only to put their hyung out of his misery. 

And that misery, when translated to the stage where the song’s muse is but a few meters away, resulted in the most emotional Yonghwa they have ever seen performing on stage. Granted, he has always enjoyed it, all four of them enjoyed performing. But this one, this one is a first and one for the books.
