"Jiyong oppa!"

"Oh, Jennie yah!"

Fall came knocking in and after the Chuseok holiday, it was back to work for the GYoon couple. Yoona was back to her hectic acting schedule, as well as filming for her endorsements, while Jiyong had his fair share of schedule as well. Yes, for the first time in months, Jiyong finally have a public appearance and yes, of course, he's giving his first public appearance in awhile to his favourite brand, Chanel.

"Long time no see oppa!" Jennie gave a tight hug to Jiyong, whispering thereafter. "How's Yoona unnie?"

"Yeahs, you girls are so busy nowadays," Jiyong patted her back, giving an affectionate smile. "Oh, she's great. She's busy with filming but yet, still have time to bake. Just no time for me."

"Majayo majayo! Early grey scones! They're really delicious. Unnie sent it to us, saying it's a congratulatory gift for the release of our first album," Jennie giggled. "We even got nagged at by our trainer because we ate so many of that."

"Don't rub it into my face. Guess who didn't get to eat ANY of it? Not even crumbs. I was the photographer behind the scenes, mind you," Jiyong frowned. "I wanted to take one but she smacked my hand away, saying I'm ruining her masterpiece and that these are for you girls."

"Awww oppa, don't rub your blissfulness into my face," Jennie giggled. "Look at you, complaining but yet your face are glowing with radiance. How jealous~"

"Am I?" Jiyong gloated, touching his face. "Well, maybe I am indeed slightly more blissful nowadays."

"Look at you, look at you," Jennie shook her head, chuckling at how her older brother acted.

"Heard your album, it's pretty good. The first Kpop girl group with over a million copies sold?" Jiyong praised. "That's hell of an achievement."

"Think it would have been even greater if you were featured in one of our songs," Jennie answered cheekily, poking fun over the fact that Jiyong had not recorded a song with them which he had promised.

"Oh come on, give others a chance to live. We can't overkill sometimes," Jiyong tittered. "I thought 'Lovesick Girls' is rather fresh. It's a different genre from you girls."

"I know, but seems like people aren't really digging on it," Jennie gave a disappointed smile. "They still prefer songs like 'Pretty Savage'."

"Right, it's natural though. Most people aren't really receptive to changes. Besides, not a lot of girl groups can pull off the fierce concept. After 2NE1, you girls are taking over the realm. Hence, there is bound to be a certain expectation that people are looking for. If you fall short, they'd complain. Bottom line is, you girls need to look over this and not be discouraged. I, for one, think that it's pretty impressive that you girls are trying to write your own songs. That's something to be proud of."

"Yeahs, Teddy oppa feels like we should try to be more involved in the production process. Jisoo unnie and I tried it this time, the maknaes would be following thereafter," Jennie replied. "Oppa, you guys gotta teach us! Over the years, BIGBANG tried so many different genres and they're all big hits! You guys make it look so simple!"

"You sure?" Jiyong chuckled. "We got involved in A LOT of controversies, the company probably wouldn't want you girls to follow our footsteps. For us, we make music to our feel and liking solely. If you think you like the music you'd created, then don't worry whether it sells or not. It'll generally show, trust me. Oh, and just like normal occupations, it comes with experience too. When you've more life experiences, you'll be able to better write and digest music."

"All of the songs you'd written... They're all from your experience?"

"I treat them like a diary actually, writing about my personal experiences. With the crazy schedule in the entertainment industry, how am I going to remember everything that I had been through? So, I write them down as songs. When I go back to listening to them at a later time, I would be able to relate and think to myself, 'ah, that was then', or I could see how my thoughts and perspective have changed over time."

"Oppa, they say falling in love will result in you writing better songs. Is it true?"

"Yes and no," Jiyong laughed. "Wae? You want to fall in love?"

"A-Anniyo!"

"Come to think of it, you broke up with that Kai kid for close to two years already. Haven't moved on from that? I heard from Yoona that he's making his solo debut soon."

"Y-Yeahs, I heard about it too. He's a nice oppa though, but I guess we aren't fated to be a couple."

"He is? Why don't I see it? First is Krystal, then you. I should thank god that Yoona treats him only like a little brother. You should have looked at their past magazine shoots, damn. What's with the pinky promise and him resting his chin on her shoulder," Jiyong said bitterly.

"Omo oppa! Stop being jealous over everything!" Jennie found it amusing that the cool impression that she had of this older brother had changed. "That shoot was so long ago and come on, you'd done WAY more intimate magazine shoots with other stars. Yoona unnie only kicked up a fuss over Kiko-sshi. She hasn't started bringing up Nana-sshi?"

"T-That's different... Yah, don't ever remind her of that," Jiyong feigned coughs, diverting away from the topic when he realised he was at the losing end. "Anyway, adding to my point, falling in love probably leads to sweet, happy, melodious songs. If you're madly in love, it's kinda hard to write sad songs and vice versa. Haven't you heard from your Seungri oppa before? He's always complaining all my relationships are a flop because BIGBANG songs are mostly sad."

"But I guess the upcoming BIGBANG or your solo album will be full of love and be the perfect gift for Valentine's Day?" Jennie teased.

"Yah, getting increasingly daring huh," Jiyong nagged but broke into a gentle smile thereafter as he looked around and found that the crew was busy setting up the place and they were out of hearing range. "Uhm... I don't know. You know, with your Yoona unnie, I've mixed feelings."

Jennie raised her brows in curiousity.

"My relationship with Yoona had been a roller coaster ride. I had my one-sided love for a long while and had given it
