As much as Yoona was complaining, honestly, she loves this kind of moments. It really hadn't been that long since she and Jiyong started dating but she had grown so used to having him by her side. Even during moments like now, when they're just leaning against each other side by side, she felt comfortable. The silence was soothing, not awkward like the past. It always amazes her how things between them had moved so fast within less than a year. 

Perhaps, this was what Tiffany and Taeyeon had told her; they should have hit off well right from the start. 

Luckily, it wasn't too late. 

"Yah."

Yoona looked down, only to realise that Jiyong had his eyes closed, a smile lingering on his face. The soju might have really knocked him out. Looking at his serene face, she couldn't help but let out a smile. The industry might proclaim him as 'the King of K-pop', the media might publicize him as 'the music and art prodigy' and well, those bitter netizens might hate on him and all but who cares about all these? 

To her, he's her Kwon Jiyong.

Her boyfriend. 

"Such a sin," Yoona traced her finger on his eyes, down to his nose, his cheekbones, giggling away. "Though your complexion needs to be improved on." 

She didn't have much chance to look at him upclose like this. Nowadays, due to her hectic schedules, Jiyong became the one that wakes up earlier. Firstly, they didn't really have time spent together and when they did, most of time, it was her yawning away while they're watching TV or her falling asleep while Jiyong was nagging at how negligent she was with her health. 

"How can someone has feminine yet masculine features..." Yoona continued to mumble to herself but trailed off as her finger reached his lips. 

Jiyong suddenly parted his lips and her finger, his eyes shot open as he gave a seductive smirk. 

"Y-Yah!" Yoona got flustered by the exposure of her playful act, her cheeks heating up. "S-Stop it!" 

Jiyong opened his mouth and Yoona quickly pulled her finger out. "Ya-Yah! H-Hygiene! Korea's second wave of pandemic just slowed down!"

He ignored her complaint, wrapping his arms around her waist as he gave a naughty smile, "oh? Then it's very hygienic of you to be tracing my features with your finger? I thought you were trying to play with me~" 

"How is it possible that you can make everything so sensual, Kwon Jiyong," She threw him a distaste look. 

"Try me," He gave a tug on her arm. 

The next minute, she was sitting on top of him as he leaned against the sofa while they kissed passionately. 

"Arghhh. I hate you, Kwon Jiyong!" Yoona grunted as they broke apart. 

"You remind me this on a rather frequent basis," Jiyong chuckled, rubbing his thumbs against her sides. 

"Can I remind again on how you absolutely have no sense of doing the right thing at the right moment? Appa is here, a hallway down!" 

"This is an almost everyday reminder, albeit different vocabulary usage each time," Jiyong laughed, carrying her up. "Let's be even closer to him then."

"Y-Yah!" Yoona hung her arms around his neck frantically as they got up. "Appa will overhear!"

"Umma was lying. You only looked thin on the outside. Did you put on weight?" Jiyong asked. 

"I did not and well done Kwon Jiyong. What a nice way to dampen the atmosphere for ," Yoona snorted. 

"Oh, so we ARE having it after all?" Jiyong teased. "Thought of just carrying you to bed. Your thoughts are too sensual at times, Im Yoona."

"Arghhhh! Kwon Jiyonggggg!"

"Jiyong ah, have more. You seem to have slimmed down."

The next morning, the couple gathered at the table to have breakfast with Mr. Im. 

"Appa, even if you show favouritism, please don't tell lies," Yoona rolled her eyes. "He's so chubby! Which part of him slimmed? His ear lobes?" 

"Don't be the mean daughter that tries to bully the favourite child," Jiyong was in a total good mood as he gave her a piece of meat. "Here, eat some meat and stop being sulky."

Yoona gave him a scowl while Mr. Im could only laugh at their interaction. Oh well, how good it feels to be young~

"Oh right, uncle Im, have you ever thought of soundproofing your wal-OUCH!" 

Before Jiyong could finish his sentence, Yoona gave a hard kick on his shin under the table. 

"Mwuh!" Jiyong grumbled and rubbed his shin.

"For sprouting nonsense!" Yoona chided. 

"How is this nonsense? I'm concerned for uncle Im's and Yoonjung noona's sleep quality! With your schedules now, you probably return home late and didn't you mention that you're trying to compose your own music? Uncle Im and noona are light sleepers right? If you don't soundproof your walls, they'd be awakened by you!" Jiyong pouted, explaining himself.

Yoona obviously didn't buy that because she knew him too well and could totally see through the hidden meaning but Mr. Im was bought over so easily. 

"That's right. Yoona ah, Jiyong is being a nice and thoughtful man. Why are you being so grouchy?" Mr. Im nagged. "I realise that whenever you wake up in the morning, you're extremely grumpy. Especially during those mornings when Jiyong is around."

Jiyong stifled a chuckle at Mr. Im's comment, while Yoona could only curse in her heart. She didn't get why Kwon Jiyong is so embarrassed when he's asked to act. He's a natural-born actor! Acting all so gentleman and innocent in front of the elders, putting her in bad light is his forté. 

"It's okay uncle Im~ I know she tends to be more grumpy the morning after I make-" Jiyong slurred his words.

"After you make what?" 

"After I make sure she gets enough sleep the previous night," Jiyong gave a cheeky smile upon receiving Yoona's death glare. "She doesn't like me nagging at her." 

"Yoona ah, don't be such a handful. Jiyong is concerned about your health. Where do you find such a nice boyfriend." 

"As if. He's the exact reason why I'm grumpy the morning after," Yoona muttered under her breath.

"What are you mumbling about?"

"N-Nothing! I'm saying I know that he's concerned about me," Yoona gave a smile and pinched Jiyong's cheeks hard. "Such a niceeee boyfriend I have~" 

Jiyong decided to stop talking and teasing there and then. His shin and cheeks were hurting and to save himself from any other injuries, he better keep his mouth shut.

"Right. Jiyong ah, when am I going to meet my future-in-laws?" Mr. Im asked casually.

"E-Eh?" Jiyong choked on his water upon hearing the question and started coughing. 

Yoona was sitting opposite, watching show and not helping him with the situation at all. So this was how it felt like to sit on the fence, and well well, God gave her a chance for revenge~

"I'm serious! Chuseok is coming, so I'm thinking both families can have a simple dinner or something?" Mr. Im continued. "Aren't you two going to start talking about marriage?" 

"I'm fine, but uncle Im, your daughter~" But what she forgot was that Jiyong is a quick-witted guy.
