"Yah yah, Kwon Jiyong." Yoona held onto his hands before he could take another step.

Just by looking at how flustered she was, Jiyong could not wipe that silly grin off his face.

"I k-knew it! You're pranking me right!" Yoona laughed nervously as she caught his grin, "Come on, let's go to some restaurant instead. I'll foot the bill!"

Yoona was trying all her might to pull Jiyong away, she'd probably try anything to avoid going into Dolce Vita. How awkward was that going to be?! Jiyong bringing her, a female idol back when there was practically nothing on between both of them. What would his parent think of her?!

"I'm not joking, we're really going to have dinner at my place." Instead, Jiyong grabbed and held her hands, dragging her along. "I told my mum that I'm bringing a friend back for dinner, you won't want her effort to go to waste right?"

That sentence alone made Yoona stopped her protests. Even though she was scared that the dinner session would be an awkward one, it seemed like it would be more disrespectful if she is to back out now?

So, why not go in and have a homemade dinner like what she had wished for?

"Yah yah, what if there's paparazzis around?" Yoona pulled her cap lower.

"Why don't I see you worrying about them earlier?"

"Omma! Appa! I'm back!" Jiyong shouted once he entered the house, with Yoona having her head down, following behind shyly.

Yoona was so flustered at the moment that nothing was processing in her head. She was just mindlessly following behind Jiyong, totally unaware that they were still holding hands.

"Are you going to treat me as invisible, Kwon Jiyong?" Dami came from the inside, glaring at her brother. "I'm home too! Why aren't you greeting me?"

"Aish, noona! Is that important now?" Jiyong groaned, "I told omma that I'm bringing a friend back for dinner, is this how you welcome a guest?"

"Oh right!" Dami shrieked. "And that is?"

Dami immediately glanced at the figure behind Jiyong, who was well covered with the mask and cap. Dami swore she had not a single clue who the person was. Yoona, who was behind the mask took a deep breath before slowly removing her mask. She looked up and gave a polite smile while Dami's eyes shot wide open when she finally recognized who the figure was.

"Annyeonghasaeyo, Yoona imnida." Yoona greeted politely and went ahead to remove her cap.

"Omo!" Dami covered . "A star came back with another star! Now we have two top stars in our house?!"

Jiyong was so used to her sister's reactions and totally ignored it, while Yoona on the other hand was blushing hard at her teasing.

"Yah, Kwon Dami why are you so noisy!" Mr. Kwon came up to the door to see what was the commotion about. When he recognized who was at the door with his son, he too, let out a little gasp and his vision naturally glanced down to their hands, "O-Oh, isn't this Yoona-sshi?"

"A-Annyeonghasaeyo, Yoona imnida." Yoona felt as if she got caught red-handed and immediately pulled away from Jiyong's grip and smiled nervously, "I'm sorry if I'm interrupting..."

In Yoona's head, she was cursing Jiyong inside out. While she was getting awkward being stuck with his family, she caught him grinning hard, trying his best not to burst out laughing.

"O-Of course not!" Mr. Kwon had to regain his composure, even though he himself is a big fan of SNSD. "Come on in!"

Yoona followed behind politely, not forgetting to pinch Jiyong on his sides as they walked to the dining area.

"What's taking you guys so long?" Mrs. Kwon was busy setting the table, "I know you precious son is finally back but don't you think you should help set the table? I'm the one who did all the cooking!"

The last sentence from Mrs. Kwon was directing to Mr. Kwon who was looking away, pretending not to hear any of those naggings.

"Omma, I'm back! Aren't you happy?" Jiyong ran up to his mum, giving her a big hug.

Upon seeing this scene, Yoona's heart melted there and then. No matter how charismatic he appeared to the crowd, when he is at home, he's just the maknae Kwon Jiyong.

"My friend, Im Yoona." Jiyong finally formally introduced Yoona to his family after that hassle at the door, "She's joining us for dinner tonight."

"Annyeonghasaeyo, Yoona imnida." It was the third time that Yoona was introducing herself, nevertheless, she was still very polite and gave a smile along with a small bow.

Just like everyone's reaction, Mrs. Kwon was kinda stunned as well. She was not expecting to see another idol at home, let alone a female idol.

"O-Oh, annyeong." Mrs. Kwon briefly greeted before heading back to the kitchen. "Take a seat."

Jiyong was totally thrown off by his mum's reaction and followed behind, leaving Yoona with his sister and dad. Yoona could sense that something was slightly off but quickly brushed away the thought when Mr. Kwon approached her, trying to make her feel more comfortable and she totally appreciated it.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Kwon was feeling conflicted about the sudden appearance of Yoona. She knew her son very well and was aware that he would not bring just any other girls back home. Yoona was probably the first girl that he brought back home. Even though Jiyong got into a couple of dating scandals, she had never seen any of them. After the couple of dating scandals that he got into, Mrs. Kwon did not have a good impression of any female idols that Jiyong was closed to as she was afraid that her son was going to get hurt again. Hence, she thought it would be nice if Jiyong could find himself a non-celebrity partner, which would save himself lots of trouble.

Jiyong was observing his mum from the side and he totally knew what she was thinking. He made no noise and helped her to bring out the kimchi and placed them nicely on the plates. Before Mrs. Kwon walked out from the kitchen, Jiyong held onto her arms, stopping her from taking another step. Mrs. Kwon looked at her son curiously as he looked like he got something to say.

"Omma," Jiyong called out softly, "I know what you are thinking but Yoona is a nice girl."

"Didn't you tell me that the other time as well? Look what happened?" Mrs. Kwon shook her head.

"We are not dating, she's just a friend."

That, caused Mrs. Kwon to raise her brows in surprise.

"So, you don't have to worry. But trust me, Yoona is really a nice girl, I'm not just saying this for the sake of it. You can see it for yourself later." Jiyong explained, "I lost a bet and she said she wanted to have a homemade dinner. You know your son can't step into the kitchen, so this is my last resort."

Sensing that his mum was not planning to reply, he continued.

"I thought it'd be nice for her to join us. You see, she's always the one setting up the dinner for her family, the Soshi girls and the brats. Truthfully, there's no one to cook her a warm hearty meal."
