Chapter Two
They Are Pretty Much Like ThisIt turns out that what Yeri and Saeron did was to try the new costumes that Yeri made a month ago so Seungwan is now in the kitchen, cooking japchae for dinner.
“Seungwan-ah, I have a question,” Joohyun says as she joins the woman in the kitchen.
“What is it?”
“Why are you still single?”
“That’s so random of you. Well, I’m single because I prefer it that way. No commitments, no drama, no pain in the .”
“You don’t want to love and be loved?”
“You and Yeri are my source of love and that’s enough for me.”
Unknown to Seungwan, the statement she said made Joohyun’s heart skip a beat and butterflies did somersault in her belly. She grinned.
“What about you? Why are you still single? You have, like what, ten hormone-driven monkeys as suitors? Why not give one of them a chance?”
“It’s not nice to call them monkeys, Seungwan-ah. I don’t like any of those guys. I’m still waiting for that special someone.”
“I see them as monkeys so I’ll call them monkeys.”
Joohyun laughed. “If you were to choose between Yeri and me, who would it be?”
“Oh, that’s a tough one. I pick none. You’re both important to me.”
“Unnie! Is our dinner ready? We’re starving!” Yeri shouts from the dining table.
“It’s almost done!”
