Seulgi wanted to run after Wendy and apologize but she refused to move. Wendy won't want to see her. She would hate her. She couldn't bear it to look into Wendy's eyes. She couldn't bear to look into her own eyes in the mirror. Ashamed of what she had done, she left the matter to Irene. Meanwhile, she tried to hold back tears but they relentlessly streamed down her face.

What had she done? She was stupid. After hurting Irene, she ended up hurting Wendy. What was she even doing? Why was she messing up everything?

She was broken from her misery train when she noticed Irene walking inside the living room with a distraught look on her face. Wendy was nowhere in sight. If Irene had left Wendy outside, she would seriously slap the girl. Did she even have right to do that after what she did?

"Irene!" she called her leader's name, ignoring the state she was in. "Where's Wendy?"

"She left." Irene shrugged indifferently. Seulgi's hand itched for action. She wanted to really slap Irene. And then herself.

"Why didn't you go after her?"

Irene didn't bother to reply. Seulgi quickly left the couch and stood in front of Irene, her teary eyes glared at the leader.  "Why are you not answering? Why are you like this?! Why are you so heartless?!"

Those words seemed to snap something inside Irene. She glared back at Seulgi. "Heartless? You're calling me heartless? Don't forget that you broke up with me. You're the one who's heartless!"

"I broke up with you because of Wendy!" Seulgi yelled.

"Yeah! Now blame it on all her. Why would you break up with me because of her anyway?"

"Because she loves you!" Seulgi yelled loudly. It was not her place to say that but she couldn't keep it in any longer. Ever since she read Wendy's diary, she had been a constant battle with herself. Wendy's happiness or her own - which one to choose? She wanted to do the right thing. She wanted to make everyone happy. Then why was she the one to ruin everything? Why was she envious? Why did she feel betrayed by their growing relationship when she was the one who broke up with Irene? Why?
