Wheein and Hyejin cousins who lived in Jeonju. Eventhough they were cousins they were soul sisters and were close enough to be called sisters by blood. They helped each other through all the difficult times. It was when they were 10 that they first discovered their powers. They suddenly had a fight while playing around and Wheein angrily stamped her feet on the ground...just to see the place below her feet to be frozen with ice. At first their family thought it was some kind of disease but later discovered that this was something Whee was gifted with and cannot be cured. The local doctor even advised them to try avoiding the doctors or the hospital...since there were many differences in her physical dynamics than that of an average human being. 

About Hyejin, it was one stormy night when she suddenly started feeling currents within herself. She started feeling crazy and ran to their balcony. She grabbed her hair and started screaming because of the electricity flowing within her and then embraced herself. Suddenly all the thunder and lightening had quitened and there was utter silence. Everyone in the house stared at her in disbelief. Then Hyejin shooted her hand towards the sky and it was again filled with thunder and lightening. This was absolutely shocking for both of their families and decided to send the girls to Seoul to keep suspicions away from them. And that's how fate had decided to bring them together at one place....
