The aquamarine color of her outfit symbolized the respected noble family she came from and only an absolute fool would dare to try and disrespect her for her wrath had become known to all despite the short time she had spent in the academy as a student. The family crest that was hard to miss since she wore it proudly as a hair accessory, sure to let everyone know just how powerful she was made the students' fear her even more.
A beautiful face that certainly was well deserving as one of the prettiest noble girls around was unfortunately always painted with a glare or cunning expression. The very mention of her name made people uneasy to the point even other nobles would think twice before crossing paths with her. She had become a figure that made others fear her, especially the commoner folks.
However, today there was something different about her.
The young miss would usually be accompanied by her friends or at the very least, her personal maid and yet currently - there was no one around her besides herself. And her slightly hurried footsteps didn't go unnoticed by the students who managed to catch a glimpse of her.
Finally, she stops in front of the boys' dorm. Although she knows she can march right in there and head straight to where she wants to be, the guard stationed there blocked her path.
"Excuse me," she spoke, irritation clear in her tone as she glared at the man blocking her path. "I have an appointment with the Crown Prince. I'm his fiance, after all - do you not know that, you dimwit?"
"Apologies, Lady Roseline but His Highness is not in at his dorm at the current moment. Therefore, I cannot allow you to enter."
The young miss scoffed, flipping her hair before she crossed her arms. Why didn't the Crown Prince notified her beforehand? Didn't he know that they had agreed to meet up for tea today? ... Did he forget?
"Did he mention where he was heading to? I arranged an appointment with him - I have the right to know where my fiance is."
"I only saw His Highness leaving with another young lady-"
"A lady?!" she nearly shrieked at the mention of another woman. Her hand now tightly gripped her arm, trying her best to remain calm so she could track the who was throwing herself on the prince. "In which direction did they head to?"
"The garden, I believe."
Roseline huffed, turning her heels to walk away but she pauses for a moment. The guard swears he heard a faint, "Thank you for your time," before she walks away but he's skeptical - Lady Roseline was known for disrespectfully treating others. She wouldn't even know how to say 'thank you' and 'please'... right?
Mind hazy and full of doubts, Roseline continues her way to the garden where the guard had pointed her towards. She had heard from the Rose Club members that a commoner girl had become quite the star at the academy for how well she managed to interact with the Princes. Biting her bottom lip, Roseline soon wondered what was so special about this commoner girl anyways? What sort of seducing methods had she used to easily gain the attention of the Princes? What was her goal? Did someone order her to seduce them and throw the Beaumont family into chaos?
She stopped in her tracks, taking a quick breather behind the pillar where people couldn't see her.
"No, no - I must not falter. Roseline Fleur Veil Beaumont, you must not falter," she whispers to herself, putting a hand over her fast-beating heart. Her hand reaches up to touch the family crest that she kept close to her, the feeling of the gold ac
