It was 11pm. The two girls were rushing to the train station to catch the last train to their residences. 

“I’m so sorry to have you wait for me to finish my project... Honestly, if the guys weren’t joking around, I would’ve been done with it much faster.” The media student was apologizing to her girlfriend. 

“It’s okay, there will be an upcoming conference that I have to prepare for. The time to wait for you has turned out to be pretty well-spent.” The law major smiled at the other girl.

“But still… Isn’t this a little too late?” The girls found an empty spot in one of the cabins of the train. 

“I don’t mind, as long as I’m with you.” The shorter girl rested her head on the taller one while they hold each other’s hands. 

“You sure know how to set the mood right…” The girl chuckled at her girlfriend who’s now slowly dozing off as the train travels through the night.

“Hey, you know our 1 year anniversary is tomorrow. But I have to apologize that I haven’t actually prepared anything fancy for it yet. I just didn’t know what to get for you. Time flew by so fast for the past one year and I really enjoyed every moment I spent with you despite how little time we have when we meet up due to our clashing schedules.
