Jihyo immediately leaned over- quickly capturing her lips to her silence. It was like Jihyo and Nayeon are in their own little world- that none of their friends noticed.

Jihyo kissed Nayeon, in a one direction movement, without initiating another. He remained there over Nayeon's warmth, as the young girl's eyes widened in disbelief.

He then slowly pulled away.

"That's how sure I-"

A loud slap can be heard across area as Jihyo stood there with his face turned from Nayeon's attempt. Everyone suddenly snapped onto them as soon as the slap was heard- watching the two couple across them.

Nayeon scowled at Jihyo, with a tear on her eye. She gritted her teeth without uttering a word- walked away from the young boy and grabbed her stuff, leaving the premises.

"Sorry Mina, I have to go"
"Wait! Nayeon!"

Nayeon stormed away- leaving Jihyo in his position- frozen, his head hanged low. Tears began to fall onto his face dropping from his nose. Everyone watched as it happens but was remained speechless.

"J-Jihyo." Mina mumbled as Jeongyeon grabbed her shoulder, stopping her from going closer.

The boys from the back walked forward towards him, standing by his side without uttering a word nor skin-ship. Tzuyu stood onto his left and Jeongyeon on his right waiting for Jihyo to calm down. They both averted their eyes scratching their nape.

Jihyo suddenly faced forward and dropped to his knees. Bawling his heart out. The girls watched him helplessly. Tzuyu and Jeongyeon eyed each other as they both bent down to him.

"Come on leader, Let's go home-" Tzuyu sighed
"We gotta be early for the games tomorrow" Jeongyeon added

Both the boys grabbed Jihyo's helpless arms and wrapped it around them.
"Sorry girls- guess we are taking our leave.. we'll see you girls tomorrow" Tzuyu smiled as he waved and left.

The girls waved with eyes of pity and sighs- as they continued their night in silence.

"Poor Jihyo.." Rose sighed
"Y-yeah.." Jisoo commented

"I.. I really don't know what to say.." Sana mumbled
"I just hope he is okay..- him and Nayeon that is.." Dahyun spoke

"Jihyo had the courage" Chaeyoung spoke, which caught them off guard

"Chaeyoung you spoke-" Lisa gasped
"Yeah! I can speak!"
"No.. it's just that you've been awefully quiet the whole night you know"
"Ah! I was having a head ache.."

"More like a heart ache if you ask me" Dahyun was smacked by the latter as soon as she comments "WHAT?!"
"Shut up."

"You're broken hearted too Chaeyoung?" Rose sighed
"Ah- no. I am not."
"What lies." Dahyun chuckled
"DAHYUN!"

"Tell me.. what are you feeling" Rose immediately moved near her sitting beside her- grabbing her hand and looking at her with pity

"I-I am fine."
"If there is anything i can help you with, please let me know" she gripped on her hand tightly

"How bout dating Chaeyoung?" Dahyun laughed
"DAHYUN! I will kill you!!"

Mina's eyes squinted in annoyance as she watched Rose and Chaeyoung hold hands. It annoyed her pretty well to get Rose into her nerves.

"I was just saying- cause you know- you needed to move on from-"
"Just shut up!"

"Move on?" Rose asked
"Ooooh! Looks like we may have a ChaeChae going on here" Lisa taunted
"S-shut it" Chaeyoung stuttered

The conversation made Mina uncomfortable, so she averted her eyes and began crossing her arms.

"Why?- Hey! Rose! Are you straight?" Dahyun asked
"DAHYUN! Stop embarrassing me!"
"But i wanna-"

Chaeyoung pounced over Dahyun and grabbing her on the collar.
"I know what you are trying to do!" She whispered
"Look. You are trying to move on- i just wanna he-"

"Chaeyoung..?" Rose called with a smile
"Y-yeah.- I-I am sorry about Dahyun.."

"Stop being so formal- you knew Rose since debut?" Lisa smirked
"Y-yeah. I only know you and Jennie!- it is embarrassing to say these to he-"

"Don't worry I am fine" she smiled
"Ah! So! Are you straight?" Dahyun pounced over ignoring Chaeyoung
"Dahyun!"

"Okay! Girls! Stop!" Mina came in between with a laugh "we are girls, we should not be-"

"No, I am not." Rose answered with a smile
"Y-You're Not?" Chaeyoung's eyes widened
"You're NOOOOOT?" Dahyun repeated

"Omy! She's not! She covers for me and Lisa." Jennie rolled "the only straight we have in the group is Jisoo!"
"Because I am cool!" Jisoo laughed
"Oh shut up!" Jennie taunted

"Wait. Wait! You guys are not-" Mina stuttered in the middle of Chaeyoung and Rose
"Mina? What's wrong with you" Sana laughed

"Ah- she is probably Jeal-"
"No i am not!- it's just.. weird.. we are girls and-"

"It's the 21st century Mina, nothing is impossible" Rose laughed.
"But!" Rose stood tall behind her and immediately walked towards Chaeyoung.

"I mean, I am willing to try it, if only Chaeyoung would agree?" She smiled grabbing the small cub's hand
"She says yes!" Dahyun interrupted with a smile

"Dahyun!!"
"Just saying-"
"Look- why dont you date Rose!?"

"NUh-uh" Momo grabbed Dahyun by her collar lifting the small girl up "this small girl is MINE!- you understand?"

Rose laughed at Momo's gesture "You can have her, but I do have my eye on someone" Rose smiled at Chaeyoung leaning down on her "So, who's wearing the pants?- you or me?" She grinned

"U-uh.. are you sure.. you want to-"
"Yes. I am fine."
"B-but. This is just a trial.."
"Trial date- i understand. But if i fall- I'll let you know so we can stop" Rose laughed

"Wait- you two are not serious RIGHT?" Mina again walked in between them grabbing hold of Chaeyoung behind her

"I am serious, I wont hurt your cub Mina.. it's just a trial?"
"Yeah.. Mina. It's just a trial" Chaeyoung left Mina and walked closer to Rose, looking up at her

"Are.. are we starting tonight?" Chaeyoung smiled grabbing Rose's hand
"If you want- why not" She smiled

"Woooh! Rose finally has a girlfriend!" Lisa laughed
"Congrats you two!" Jennie and Momo cheered
"It's still a trial- you guys." Rose laughed
"Y-yeah!" Chaeyoung joined as well

"How bout-.. starting it with.. a kiss?" Dahyun smirked

"Wait! WHAT?!" Mina stuttered
"Someone grab the penguin and let them kiss!" Lisa commanded
"W-wait!! Girls!"

Momo and Sana grabbed their best friend off the scene and at the corner

"What.. what?"
"Mina- stop getting jealous." Sana laughed at me
"I am not"
"Sure.. because you are too obvious."

"Guess you gotta say goodbye to that bond of yours" Momo snickered
"Look I dont care about that! Rose is just gonna play with Chaeyoung's heart and-"

"Hey! Mina- you and I know how serious Rose can be when she is in love.. so you cant"
"But she is not, Sana! She is not in love with Chaeyoung!- she's just gonna."
"Then let it be! Why are you too affected!"
"I am n-"

Across my vision, I saw Rose and Chaeyoung smiling lovey at each other. I saw Chaeyoung look over me with a smile, and that smile is a sad one, i know that smile! I saw that smile! That smile when she was forcing to remain happy when she saw Somi.. that smile of hurt.

I tried to get my arms away from the restrains but Sana and Momo kept me pinned
"Mina! Stop acting like this!"
"Please! Just let me go!"
"No! You let go! Just admit it Mina! You do like Chaeyoung!"
"No i dont!- she is my friend- and i dont want her to-"

I saw her, look at me like that before she turned towards Rose, it wasn't Rose who initiated.. it was her. She looked at the tall girl with a smile, My eyes widened from the view- she tip toed and locked their lips together. I saw it. I saw her..

Why... why does my chest hurt?.. Why... did i not want her to kiss Rose.

I weakened and Momo and Sana dropped me down

"Geeze Mina. You gotta be honest to yourself- is it Jeongyeon or Chaeyoung. Cause come on.. you can't have both."
"I told you Sana, that's not what I see Chaeyoung as."

"Well- . it hurts doesn't it?"

"I-.."

"you really gotta stop being pretentious" Sana sighed

"I already told you! I am not!!"

"Then tell me then! You get jealous if someone else is with Chaeyoung, you look for her every night, and you initiate a bond with her every day. You worry about her? And always hold her closer to you like you own her. You are in love with Chaeyoung!"
"How can you say that if all I think of was how she was doing?"
"Because- what you are doing, stopping her from things you know would hurt her, things that you know would even make her happier! ARE THINGS SOMEONE WHO IS IN LOVE DOES!!"

"No! You are wrong!"

"G-girls.. stop. Stop." Momo tried to stop Mina and Sana from shouting as their voice raised- enough for everyone to hear

"TELL ME MINA!! Then who is it?!"
"No one!"
"STOP BEING SO NAIVE!"
"I am not!!"

"Oy Sana.. stop.- they can hear u-" Momo begged
"Let them! Because Mina can't just admit her feelings to us directly!"
"Because there's nothing to-"
"FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE MINA! Just say it already!"

"FINE!! I am in love!!"
"WITH WHO!!"

I knew everyone was listening, I knew Chaeyoung was listening, I knew at this moment.. I knew I may regret it. but I was sure of my answer.. I was sure of who I like... I guess it is now or never..

"J-Jeongyeon."
"Jeongyeon?.." Sana scowled
"Y-yeah..- Jeongyeon.. I am in love with Jeongyeon."

"Okay.. now stop. Everyone heard it. We are sorry" Momo sighed

"Tsk." Sana clicked her tongue and began leaving "you know what Mina- I love you.. but, you are such a coward." She scowled

"What else do you want me to say Sana?! I TOLD YOU EVERYTHING!"
"That's the problem- you are a coward! Even I as your best friend knew who it really was!"
"But I do like Jeongyeon! i am in love with him and ONLY HIM!- You can't control who I-"

Sana sighed and stopped
"You know what Mina.. there are times you protect someone from being hurt.. without knowing you are the one who is hurting them to begin with."
"What do you mean.."

Sana smiled and shook her head
"I mean, it's time for ThinkBlack to head home.. because we have ISAC tomorrow remember?"
"Sana?"
"Mina.. you will find out eventually.. and the hard way.- and when everything else is too late" Sana smiled and hoisted up her bag
"Sana wait!"

And she left with Lisa and Jennie following her

"Bye girls, we'll see you tomorrow" Lisa waved

"Chaengie..." Rose called Chaeyoung
"Y-yeah" she smiled and looked up at her lover
"You'll be there tomorrow right?"
"Yeah."
"Great.! I will do my best for you."
"And I'll do my best to cheer for you"

Rose smiled as she leaned onto the small cub once again locking their lips together.
"I-..I Lo-" Chaeyoung was interrupted by Rose's finger placed onto her lips.
"Don't say it yet. We are still in a trial package Chaeyoung. I still want to get to know you" she smiled

"R-right" Rose began stancing to leave until Chaeyoung tugged her again.

"Chaeyoung?"
"Uh.. uhm I just wanted to ask something.."
"What is it?"
"If.. If i have a dream to do something.. something that is far from your interest? Would you let me?"
"Yes.. it's your dream.. who am I to stop you from your dream? You wont stop me.. why should I stop you?" She smiled
"E-even if it means, seeing each other once a year?"
"Even if it means that. I'll be happier knowing that my lover is living her dream together with me. Than living a dream alone."
"R-right"
"Is that all?"
"Ye-yeah!"

"Cool! I'll see you tomorrow Chae."
"You too!" Chaeyoung smiled as she happily went back to her home.

Chaeyoung came in Mina's room smiling and laid on her bed.

"Congrats" Mina uttered with a laugh
"Thanks- it's just a trial tho."
"I hope it works out- and Rose may really love you"

"Have you seen Rose in love?"
"Not really, but Sana did. And she said she is serious"
"That's great then isnt it?"
"Yeah" she laughed "-all you gotta do is get to know each other"

"Yeah." Chaeyoung chuckled "-so.. Jeongyeon?"
"Ah! Please don't tell him.. he is gonna have a big head if you do!" Mina jolted up pouting over the younger
"It's okay, I wont.. why did you not tell me?"
"Ah! Sana just forced it out of me. I dont really know if i do like him or not.."
"Are you choosing between two?"
"No. It is just him."
"I see."
"I honestly don't know what Sana is on about- but all I know, I do like him, but not in love with him.."

Chaeyoung tried to place a smile over her, trying to pretend it doesn't hurt. She kept up, and acted everything is okay. Mina remained smiling, being oblivious of Chaeyoung's feelings.

"Chae?"
"Yeah.."
"So now that you have a girlfriend.. you're not sleeping beside me anymore?" Mina pouted
"I can sleep beside you."
"Okay.." she smiled and laid down, patting the space beside her

"Oh- right"

Chaeyoung crawled over and laid down as Mina gently smiled and wrapped her arms around the cub. Chaeyoung felt comfortable yet uncomfortable due to her own situations. She let Mina do what she wanted and decided not to change anything between the older. She was happier this way... But-

Mina scooted upwards and got up smiling over me, her eyes, why does it look sad. Is she okay?
Her eyes were half opened, like a really tiresome expression but remained smiling staring at me.

I am confused, she likes Jeongyeon, but.. why? Am I assuming... she may like me too?
She slowly leaned down, halfway from our lips.

'Ah! The bond.. i forgot.'

I could feel her breathe onto mines, she is so close to me that our noses touched. She paused in the middle, sighing. She pulled out and laid back into her position.

'Huh? She did not kiss me?'

"Good night Chaeyoung" she uttered while hugging me tightly
"Uh..Mina is everything o-"
"Yes."
"I see.."

Silence engulfed us, as I could not find the right words to utter to her
"You're wondering why I stopped didn't you.?"
"N-not really."
"It's because I saw you initiate a kiss to Rose.. yet you never did to me.-"
"Oh I-"
"You are special to me, my Roommate, my best friend.. but it just made me weak to know it's all a one way thing-"
"Mina- I reciprocate your kisses"
"It is not the same Chaeyoung.."
"But-"
"Nevermind. I guess I am just being a little paranoid. -plus, you already have a girlfriend. You can just stop the bonds with me."
"But you and Momo still kiss even if it-"
"They were my childhood friends. Things we did since childhood. You are a new bond.. i cant force you to something you are not used t-"
"But I am used to it."

Mina sighed and chuckled.
"You sure are gullible.."
"But Mina?"
"Calm down my tiger.. nothing is gonna change between us?" She got up again looking at me "-it's just that, we wont kiss anymore" she chuckled "It's a sign of respect to Rose" she added with a smile.
