“How about you two join us for a late breakfast? Don’t coop yourself up with Luhan, you. You never know what can happen with that boy. Better be safe and come with us, darling.” His mom started dragging me to the door.

Luhan oppa quickly got up and took me into his arms. “No way. We’re going on our date. She’s mine.” I wonder when he’ll stop referring to me as “his”.

She pouted. “Fine. But you’re coming to dinner with us tomorrow night. Our treat. And that’s that.”

I smiled. “Okay, Umma. If you insist.”

“Kyaaaa! You really are too cute! I can’t wait for our dinner then,” she said.

Luhan oppa’s dad held her hand and said, “Come on, jagiya. Let’s leave them alone. Your favorite food’s downstairs, French toast.” He winked at us before dragging his wife out.

It was a full minute before oppa said anything. “I told you they would love you. You’re too cute not to love.”

I sighed in relief. “I can’t help but worry, ya know?”

“I know. It’s you.” Oppa stepped into his shoes and opened the door in a grand gesture. “After you, cutie!”

I giggled. Luhan oppa really is the sweetest thing ever.

We quickly drove away when a thought occurred to me. “What are we doing on our date?”

I looked at his profile to see him smiling. “It’s a surprise.”

“Tell me.”

“No.”

I was surprised. “Why not?”

“Because I want everything to be perfect. I know you’ll like it.”

My head tilted without my knowing, and he laughed. “Have I told you lately that I think you’re cute?”

I blushed. “Maybe.”

Luhan oppa laughed and grabbed my hand to kiss it. I shyly tried to pull back, but he held on. We intertwined our fingers, and continued talking. He told me jokes. He told me about his family. He told me everything that came into his mind. I was constantly smiling and laughing from his antics.

The whole car ride, I was turned towards him. I didn't notice the passing scenery until we pulled to a complete stop and parked.

"The beach!"

Oppa smiled at me. "We're far enough to were we can just be together, so you don't have to hide from me if you get freaked out."

I couldn't keep the surprise off my face. He knew me. Oppa knew what I was thinking before I even thought of it.

"Come on. Or do you want me to come over there and pick you up?" he asked while he wiggled his eyebrows.

"N-n-no!" I shot out of the car before he could even unbuckle his seatbelt. As soon as I was out the car, I took a deep breath and looked at my surroundings, trying to ignore his laughter. The beach was beautiful. I haven't gone to the beach since I was little. I just never got out a lot, actually, now that I think about it.There was no one around from what I could see either.

Luhan oppa stood next to me and put his arm around my shoulder. "Baby, let's go play." He wiggled his eyes in a erted way, and I had to laugh.

I broke free from his grasp and kicked off my shoes, running towards the water. "Last one to reach the water gets buried in the sand!" I yelled.

Oppa growled at me and quickly ran after me. I screamed after seeing him chase me with that much speed. Before I could reach the water, he wrapped his arms around my waist and spun me in a circle. He set me down only to pick me up bridal style. I started struggling when we started heading towards the water.

"Oppa! No! I don't have any more clothes! Oppaaaaaaaaaaaa!!"

He laughed and continued on his path.

I was airborne for a second before crashing into the water. I came up sputtering, outrage. My glare had no effect on him whatsoever considering he was still smiling at me. Oh, it's on.

Without him even moving to get away from me, I pulled him down. Of course, I was pulled along with him.

"I didn't know you could be so bad, baby." He wiggled his eyebrows at me while I laughed at him.

"You are so gross!" I quickly splashed him and tried to make my escape.

"Gross?! I'll show you gross!" My legs were swept from underneath me, and I was soon under water. I opened my eyes to see that his face was close to mine and that he was grinning. Luhan oppa grabbed my face and quickly gave a kiss.

I emerged from the surface and stared. "What? You didn't like our water kiss? If not, I'll give you an ice cream kiss," he smirked at me. Luhan oppa lunged at me, but I shrieked and ran away.

Turning back, I could see him struggling to catch up with me. Quickly running back to land, I sped towards the car.

"Baby!!! Wait for Oppa!" I giggled at his silly remark and kept running.

He caught me around my waist and swung me around again. "Gotcha now! Come on. Let me get a blanket from the trunk. We don't want you to get sick now, do we?" Luhan Oppa gave me a back hug, and we started walking like that.

There was only one blanket in the trunk. He wiggled his eybrows at me. "Looks like we have to share." Before I could even protest, Luhan Oppa lifted me up and put me on the hood of his car before jumping up himself. We snuggled close under the blanket and just watched the waves crashing onto the shore.
