It was hours before Taehyungstirred again and I breathed a sigh of relief.
'You're okay, I was worried I was too late'
'Too late? What did you-' he paused 'I gave you my blood, you bit me, you were dying' his eyes widened 'are you okay??'
I had to laugh 'you're seriously worried about me right now?' he nodded 'I'm fine love' I told him 'back to myself'
'You told me that everything I knew about vampires was a lie' he said.
'I didn't want you to worry' I replied.
'Well a fat lot of good that did'he had a point 'what happened?'
'I got into a fight with the one who turned me and was also the leader of a clan of newborns, I killed himsothey threatened you and then I had a fight with them and ended up getting shot several times with wodden bullets tipped with silver dust'
'How did they touch them?'
'Very carefully I expect' I replied.
'You did all that for me? You nearly died for me?'
'Hey you really did die for me' I said.
He looked thoughtful foir a moment.
'And I'd do it a thousand times over if I had to if it meant keeping you safe'
'And so would I' I replied.
And I kissed him on the lips.
This time I didn't have to be careful, in fact he was probably stronger than I was right now.
He was still my Taehyung.

TAEHYUNG'S POV:
So that was that, I was now like Yoongi, I was a vampire.
I had gotten my wish, all be it not how I had imagined but here we were, we were together.
'Why did you do it Yoongi?'
'Do what?'
'Almost get yourself killed'
'I was worried about you, your life was being threatened and I had to defend you'
I felt like I was going to cry.
No on has ever been so kind to me before. I sniffed and he kissed me.
'So I'm like you now?'
He took a while to answer 'yes, I'm sorry, I didn't want it to be like this' he said.
'There's no need to say sorry, I'm alive because of you'
He was silent for a while and then shrugged.
'I love you so much Yoongi' I said.
'I love you so much too' he replied 'and I'm going to look after you Tae, I swear it'
I took his hands in mine 'we'll look after each other' I said and he smiled 'it's you and me against the world' I added.
