Yoona had always focused on her career, after her family, her career was the most important thing to her but that changed when she started dating Lee Seunggi someone she admired.  They started things off slow, for the first six months they casually dated and got to know each other without anyone finding out or getting wind of their relationship but that changed in 2014 when they're dating scandal was the first one to start the new year.  She at that point didn't know what to do, how the fans would react to it, how it would affect Girls' Generation's career, how it would affect her career on a hold but what she did know is that she wanted things to work between her and the man she was falling in love with. However, over the next two years due to work and the lack of time they get to spend together they both drifted apart and their love died. Since then both decided to put love away until they were truly ready, holding each other in their hearts, both hoping that maybe it can be rekindled one day but then he happened......

Lee Minho was a six foot two inches god that just snuck up on Yoona without her realizing it. Before they would just meet at awards show or events that catered to both actors and idols but they got close when they both became brand ambassadors for outdoor brand Eider.  She found that she could talk to him about every and anything, he was always able to make her laugh even when she was exhausted, they were like happy pills for each other.  When she broke up with Lee Seunggi he was also there to hold her hand and tell her everything would be okay. Yoona had to admit there were times when she wanted to admit how she felt towards him.....how much she liked him but....he had a girlfriend and she could see how crazy they were about each other. But right before he enlisted in the military they broke up something not even her saw coming. 

Even during his enlistment they stayed close and the first break he got they met up at his house for drinks and to talk about how both were doing. That's where their world wind romance began......that's when both realized how much they meant to each other......
